Situated in the chic suburb of Nueva Andalucia, this south-west facing Andalucian Style first floor apartment has 3 bedrooms (two of which open onto the large private terrace), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room and a modern well equipped kitchen with utility area. It is located just a short stroll from the nearest beaches and the lively Puerto Banus Marina.

In the heart of 'Golf Valley’ many championship golf courses are within a short drive making this a great location for the golfing enthusiast. With only a 40 minute drive from Malaga airport it is the ideal base.

This spacious and modern apartment has marble floors throughout, air conditioning & heating, TV, satellite, DVD, VCR, stereo system, and is tastefully decorated throughout.

Enjoy dining, relaxing or soaking up the Spanish sun on the large and well furnished terrace overlooking the tropical landscaped gardens and pools. This secure complex has video entry phone system and access to private parking facility.

Many thanks for the lovely apartment, we really enjoyed our stay, everything was as I hoped. Despite changeable weather the apartment was perfect with the heating when needed and getting to sit on the terrace when it was warm enough.

I can visualize sitting on the terrace when the heat and sun is up. I will talk to you later in the year about a sun holiday

Wonderful south facing, well equiped apartment with stunning terrace in perfect location!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our mini break to this beautifully presented 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment at Lorcrimar IV. Just a 15 minute walk to the bustling bars and restaurants in Puerto Banus or 10 minute walk to La Campana, situated beyond the apartments where you will find the finest tapas in Puerto at Davids Restaurant for a very reasonable price or fabulous freshly stone baked Pizza at Chango's (booking is highly recommended for a table on the sun terrace - again extremely well priced for authentic first class cuisine - we didn't actually eat in Puerto because of the gem of the restaurants we found at La Campana at such amazing prices. ( Tapas for 4 at Davids with drinks for 54 euros and freshly baked stone baked pizza with 2 bottles of wine and coffees at Chango's for 5 for 90 euros).

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped to cater for dining alfresco on the stunning south facing terrace overlooking the grounds and pools where we enjoyed breakfast and lunch throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated that Lorcimar is a gated development and the entry system provided the security that is welcomed when away from home.

Communication between Paul the owner and his Lettings Manager Linda was second to none and communication was always prompt and informative. Linda organised transport from Malaga Airport via the charming Doug who provided invaluable tips and information regarding the surrounding areas in relation to eating out and where to go - all at a very reasonable transport rate.

We are already planning a return trip and could not recommend this luxury apartment enough!! Thanks again Paul - we had a ball!!

Excellent. Would definitely recommend it

The apartment and whole property is superb. Very spacious for a family of two adults and four kids. The kitchen had every convenience we required.

Veranda is large and well kitted out with casual seating and dining for six.

There is a lovely Danish bakery across the road and a small corner shop further up the street.

Linda, the manager is very courteous and kindly accommodated our late check out request.

The pool is fab and is set within gorgeous landscaped gardens. The complex is very well maintained.

There is a very diligent lifeguard on duty June- August, and both pools have a fence. So it is very safe for children.

Covered parking means cars are kept cool. As the complex is gated, this provides additional security and peace of mind.

My only issue, independent of the appartnent is the close proximity of the complex to the main road network serving this area. We normally live in a rural setting so found the constant traffic noise slightly unsettling. If you live in a town it may not be an problem.

However, the plus side meant we were close to the main arterial route any time we wanted to go somewhere.

Really Great Apartment

Everything you could want or need. Fantastic terrace giving great outdoor space which we thought was the best thing about the apartment. We had a 13 month old with us and the terrace provided a very safe place for her to toddle about. Three bedrooms all with twin beds. One en suite. Pool area was very well maintained and both adult and children's pool were fenced off for safety of children.

Walk into Puerto Banus is about 20 mins via a footbridge over a busy road. The footbridge is sloped so no steps to worry about. We enjoyed the walk which is mostly along the very nice seafront. Can also walk into San Pedro although this walk is along side of the busy road. Safe but not too pretty. San Pedro is a nice place and worth the effort. Perhaps a cab is better.

Convenience store just around the corner for essentials like milk and bread and large supermarket across the footbridge towards San Pedro about 15 mins walking.

Would thoroughly recommend this apartment. Special thanks to the owner who was very helpful in quickly sorting out a problem with my booking ( my fault) and to the lady who looks after the apartment and arranged our airport transfers.

Fabulous

Our family of 6 stayed in this apartment for a week during our Puerto Banus holiday. The apartment is spacious both inside and out and we'll equipped. Most importantly the air conditioning was a welcome factor in 35 degree plus heat during our week. The terrace of the apartment nearly doubles your space and makes a fantastic area for evenings when you might prefer to eat in and just relax at the apartment. All apartments are set in beautiful gardens which are well maintained as are the two exceptionally clean pools.

If you choose to walk along the beach to either the hypermarket or into the fabulous Puerto Banus harbour itself it is a relaxed 30 minute stroll.Close enough for convenience but far enough away to not be disturbed by any nightlife. There are also small local convenience stores 5 minutes away for any day to day essentials. If it's a day on the beach you're looking for it's just a 10 minute walk.

Prior to arrival and departure all communication with Paul and Linda was superb, making everything a really smooth and easy process. In all can't recommend this apartment enough. Thank you

Excellent apartment

We've just returned from a fabulous 10 days in Puerto Banus in this apartment in Lorcrimar IV. It's a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment and the kitchen had everything you'd ever need including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave hob and washing machine/tumble drier. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery.

The outside space was fabulous - there was space to sunbathe, dine or just sit out with a G + T before going out for the evening. The marina is an easy walk away - about 15 minutes - as is the Hipercor supermarket. We walked there and took a taxi back when we had a big shop.

There are good restaurants around which are cheaper than eating down at the marina. We'd really recommend the Taj Mahal in the La Campana district (up the hill behind the apartments, a 20 minute walk up and a 10 minute walk back!!) Also excellent in this area is Da Dorado where you can get a fish meal for 10 euros (a fish not per kilo). It was newly opened and they were really keen to please.

You don't require a car - it was 1.23 euros to take the bus to Marbella if you didn't fancy the walk along the front.

We would really recommend the apartment - we were there with 2 teenagers who had a really good time. We had the room with the en-suite and they had a room each with the bathroom.

The swimming pool is also lovely, there was a lifeguard there, and the gardens are really well kept - you can just sit and look at palm trees and the swimming pool from the balcany.

Nueva Andalucia is an attractive area just west of Marbella where, as its name suggests, the villas and apartments are based on traditional Andalusian architecture and design. For golfers in particular, the area could not be more ideal with several magnificent courses within virtual putting distance, including, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf, to name but a few. Nueva Andalucia is also known for its international cuisine with a varied selection of restaurants to suit the discerning diner. There is also an excellent street market ('rastra') held next to the bullring here every Saturday morning.

Puerto Banus - the magnificent bustling marina, where sleek expensive yachts line the quayside's and glamorous shops, boutiques and restaurants abound.

Marbella Old Town - visit “Orange Square' Old Town with its excellent selection of restaurants, its maze of narrow streets filled with fabulous shops, and its relaxing cafes for those who prefer to take it easy and watch the world go by.
