This apartment is located in the heart of Saint Germain des Près, at the intersection of the famous rue Dauphine and a stone's throw from the rue de Buci and the Seine River.

This area is one of the most beautiful parts of Saint Germain des Près, as it is right between the Seine river, the famous Boulevard Saint Germain and rue Mazarine. You can access by foot, some of the city's best cafés and restaurants, as well as countless boutiques, art galleries, and museums.

The surrounding cafés are the same ones visited by Jean-Paul Sartres, Simone de Beauvoir, and Pablo Picasso (Chez Georges, Café de Flores, 2 magots…).

The rue de Buci, around the corner, hosts open markets nearly every day of the week. Additionally, there are several grocery stores on the block.

The rue de Nesle where the property is located, is a small street with little traffic which implies that it remains very calm.

The apartment is an ideal base for sightseeing.

I travel to Paris for work every month and stay in the same hotel in the 5th. This time I brought my family (young kids) and decided to rent an apartment and wanted to be in the 6th. Found this apartment through Glamaparis, spoke with Meghan, met up with her on one of my monthly trips to fill out the paperwork, could have easily done it through email but since I was going to be in Paris a few months before I visited their office. Excellent service, Meghan found another apartment for my associate for the same time period right around the corner.



This apartment was near perfect for us, it is right in Saint Germain which is one of my favourite areas of Paris, it was clean, comfortable and the right size for a family of four. The only thing that would have made this apartment better would have been a view, however the lack of view encouraged us to step out the front door and go explore the beauties of Paris.

  • Both bedroom give to a quiet flowered courtyard, they are very quiet and comfortable. Air-conditioning is forbidden in most Saint Germain apartment buildings, that is the owner chose to add a ceiling fan in each bedroom. The fist bedroom has a large, high quality king-sized bed and a closet. The other bedroom also has a closet and 2 single beds which can also be made up as a king size bed.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator. The stairs are wide, stable and well lit, however. Our apartments all come furnished with fresh linens and a set of towels per guest. Perfect St. Germain location!

The property was very nice! It was just my husband and I; however having the extra bedroom to put our stuff as well as each of us taking a bathroom was really nice. The bathrooms were nice with rain shower heads and great water pressure. The bathroom en suite seemed like it was recently remodeled as it was modern, clean and spacious for Paris.

We loved the location on a quiet street; yet a one block 1 minute walk from all of the action. At the end of our street was a wonderful Brassiere that had the best espresso and croissants and a wonderful waitress who recognized us each morning. From that spot, if you go left you are within a few blocks of the Siene River and a short walk to the Louvre. If you take a right, you are immediately in the heart of St. Germain and all of the shopping and cafes!

The only con is that the kitchen wasn't stocked with misc supplies such as plastic wrap or baggies or foil. If you plan to cook or buy snacks(cheese) that require storage and re wrapping, you will need to purchase these. Also, for international travelers, it would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water and maybe a small bowl of fruit or pastries waiting upon checkin. We were starving and jet lagged from a 9 hour flight, so that would have been a nice touch vs having to go out right away without freshening up. Overall, a nice place to stay in a great location.

A True St. Germain Gem

My husband and I decided to take our 6yr old daughter and 8 yr old son to Paris for the first time this last winter. We had celebrated Christmas there twice before (pre kids!) so we were very familiar with how small boutique hotel rooms usually are. It seemed only logical to find an apartment to rent. I have to say I thought this apartment was too good to be true but it was perfection! Paul was so easy to deal with and not rushed at all when he walked us through the apartment. The binder with instructions was so detailed with pictures, it made the fear of using a European washer/dryer less daunting. The best thing by far was the location! It was close enough to walk to all of our favorite spots in St. Germain yet far enough away that at night the apartment was dead quiet. The beds were so comfortable that my children who are light sleepers slept a solid 12 hours a night. The kitchen had everything we could ask for and we even picked up food from the Bon Marche for a cozy Christmas dinner. I agree with the other review...it was so great I hate to share it. Enjoy!!!

Perfect little apartment

This bright little apartment is in a perfect location just a short walk to the river and Notre Dame in one direction and in the other all the shops and cafes you could ask for. The apartment is just off the on a little side street and quiet at night with large windows to let the fresh air in. A young lady Samia from the booking company met us upon arrival and went over the apartment details, area, etc and kept in contact through the week to see how everything was going. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (US standard) but the staircase is large and easy, and the building is secured with multiple locks. The bathrooms are a little unusual, two small wash rooms with a tub and shower, while a third small room is where the toilet is located. But the apartment has charm and the area is perfect.

The perfect location!

My family of 4 stayed in this adorable Parisian apartment for 10 days and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment is conveniently located in St Germain and is walking distance to so many of the main Paris attractions. The management provided great recommendations for bakeries and other food options nearby and were available anytime to answer any questions during our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be in the heart of the city and highly recommend eating at the delicatessen down the street called Francart!

Great location, great amenities, wonderful apartme

We stayed in this apartment in July. The location is superb just a place from the Seine, however, it is on a vary narrow side street. The sleeping rooms are in the back of the unit on the courtyard so the unit if very quiet at night. The unit has all the amenities needed. It is very tastefully decorated and has high ceilings with large windows so it is a very welcoming place to stay. The management company is very attentive and helpful if anything is needed. I highly recommend this place.

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and periods.

Payment by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions (2,5% for VISA, MASTERCARD & 3,5% for AMEX)

Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per adult & per night.

For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
