This non-smoking, three level beach home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, full kitchen, free high speed wireless internet, a fenced in back yard, 5 car garage and much more.
On the first floor of Beach Daze, you will enter the coastal foyer which features a full bath, laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer as well an additional refrigerator, and garage accessibility. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the fenced in back yard.
On the second floor, one will relax on the large deck that accents the family room. The family room is detailed with new tiled floors, cathedral ceilings, wood beams, a large flat screen T.V and a pool table that all ages will enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen on this level features a tray ceiling as well as granite countertops & stainless steel appliances. A luxurious bedroom suite with 2 queen beds is found on this 2nd level along with 3 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has one full over full bunk bed set with twin trundle. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and Bedroom 4 has a king bed. Two bright and airy, full bathrooms are found on this level as well.
The top floor contains an additional bedroom (bedroom 5) that is adorned with nautical decor and a queen bed. A private balcony is accessed from this top floor providing views of downtown OC.

The beach daze is the perfect house for a trip to Ocean City. The house slept 11 of us comfortably and the set up is great. The house is a block away from the boardwalk which was great for restaurants and bars. The main room has a pool table which was a big hit, a back patio to grill and a yard to play corn hole. The garage fit a large Dodge truck and a Toyota Four Runner with another 2 spaces available. Barbara was very accommodating and I would recommend this house to other friends and family.
A Heart of Downtown OC is the perfect house in the perfect location!!! We loved it! We definitely go back to A Heart of Downtown OC house in the future!!!
The property was exactly as described. It was very comfortable and very accomodating for our family of 11. It was very clean and had a ton of room for storage in the basement. We plan on returning next year, and highly recommend for anyone planning an Ocean City vacation!
We just checked out of Beach Daze today and my family and I can't say enough about this vacation home. This property is new to the owners fleet of rentals and they did an amazing job! From the spacious floor plan to the beachy decor, fenced in back yard with grille, it has it all! Our group of 15 had plenty of space. We love the downtown location and the walk to boardwalk and beach was breeze. The 8 parking spots was a great addition because parking downtown can be hard! Barbara was a great help too! Her quick response time and willingness to give recommendations was an extra bonus to our stay. We will be back for sure and I would recommend this beach home to anyone looking.
The house is awesome! They did a great job remodeling and it is very spacious. We had 8 grown men and it slept us all very comfortably in our own beds. The location gave us a short walk to the boardwalk or cheap taxi to Seacrets/Fager's Island. For dinner, you can also grill in the backyard which was awesome. Also just 10-15 minute drives to local golf courses.
We were the first people to stay in this house since it had been remodeled and under new ownership. Barb was wonderful to work with, and Lee was great as well. There were some plumbing issues in one of the bathrooms, and even though Barb was out of town on her own vacation, she had a plumber at the house quickly and within a couple hours it was fixed.
Barb kept great communication and was extremely accommodating. I'm sure as they own the house for longer, it will only get better. If I ever go back with a large group, I will be looking to stay here.
