About this property

First Floor Oceanfront one bedroom fully furnished to have a comfortable vacation.

Come and enjoy and relax in this unit, located on the 1st floor overlooking the beach/ocean. Privately Owned and located at the Daytona Beach Resort, which is located the north side of Daytona in the quieter section, near Ormond.

One Bedroom with Living room and open concept that sleeps up to 4 people

The location is great with Grocery, Walgreens, Restaurants and Shopping across the street walking distance.
It is conveniently located approximately one hour and half drive to the theme parks, Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studios. Also it is one hour drive to St. Augustine or Kennedy Space Center.

*Update February 9, 2024:
Daytona Beach Resort had damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. All amenities are closed all pools, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna, restaurant, tiki bar. There is beach access still available right next door (North of the building).
There will be repairs and construction during 2024.
Parking garage is closed and parking is available next door of the Resort to the south side lot.
For Beach access you would need to exit from the front lobby, make a right and walk passed the parking garage, make a right and it is between the two buildings. Also you have water to wash off your beach items.

PARKING:
Parking pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room.
Also please follow the parking map posted in the lobby.
Parking is available next door of Resort south lot.

We can guarantee a clean and comfortable stay, but unfortunately we can't guarantee that the amenities are open at the Resort. The Daytona Beach Resort has the ability to close them at anytime due to we do not own the Resort.
We welcome you to come to our Condo in Daytona Beach and enjoy the wonderful beach/Ocean.

Nice view on first floor

Unit was clean and well stocked kitchen items. Bed was alright as far as comfort. Overall we enjoyed and would definitely recommend once they get the pool and splash pad fixed as there is direct access from the unit to the pool area.

Great room, location

Renting was easy. No amenities available. Lots of sand on patio. I believe the renter should be upfront with damage to property in listing. The pics are from before hurricane damage.
