Nice home and great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Professionally and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail throughout. Fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Split floor plan with main bedroom and full bath on one side with two bedrooms and full bath on the other side. Ceiling fans in every room. Professionally landscaped pool area with heated pool, southern exposure, and an abundance of beautiful tropical plants. Screened lanai has ample patio furniture for poolside meals and relaxation. Pool and yard are maintained weekly by professionals. Beaches and other attractions are just minutes away. (NOTE: The minimum night stay for high-season in January, February, or March is the entire month booked from the 1st to the last day of that month.)The owner keeps one vehicle in the two car garage. Not responsible for left behind items.

Nicely decorated

Beautifully decorated and furnished house close to shops and things to do. The pool although well screened does face onto a busy (at times) road and it is quite close to neighbouring houses. You could hear some noise from the A/C unit in the master bedroom. That said, it didn't really detract from a very relaxing week in a lovely house. Helpful owners

Great spot

In the middle of all the places you want to go. Exactly as described. Close to Target and good places to eat. Bonus amenities, beach chairs, umbrella,cooler fishing poles. Top notch host.

Nice Stay

The house was clean and in a good location. We appreciated the host allowing us to check in a little early. The house met out needs for our week stay. The pool was nicely heated. The outside area was nice, but could use some additional lighting for use later in the evening.

Quick getaway

This property is exactly what we were looking for to get out of the cold for a few days and see some sites in Cape Coral! The central location is within minutes of everything.
