Why Peggy or Ray chose Coastal Oregon

Great two family vacation!

  • 4 of 5

Notwithstanding have been given the wrong code to the lock box, House was nice a comfortably furnished. It had a stock of items that seemed adequate however there were a total of 5 drinking glasses for 11 people! There were board games but seemed none of games were complete enough to play. Perhaps some more glasses would help! Beds were comfortable but bathrooms needs extra deep cleaning or maybe they were in serious need of updating! All in all it was a fabulous visit! Thanks for your hospitality!

Great for multi-generational family vacation

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I brought our children and grandchildren. The house is comfortable and well-furnished, with plenty of room for all. We spent a day at the beach (Shore Acres State Park) and another day in Coos Bay. We would stay there again.

Great place for a week's get-a-way

  • 5 of 5

We had four couples staying for a fishing/sand dune/beer tasting vacation. The house is convenient tho not real close to Charleston and an easy drive to Coos Bay proper. The BBQ that was designated for oysters was great and the BBQ on the front deck was very popular for happy hour and dinner. I really liked the bar area and the redwood slab bar top. The kitchen was large and configured to be part of the party. One day we had 12 adults and 2 kids at the house and never felt crowded. We're all planning to book the same weekend next year.

perfect weekend at the coast!

  • 5 of 5

This lovely home was the perfect place to relax, play board games, and now with friends in between our coastal adventures! We fished in a river and in the bay at Bandon, took our kayaks for some time in the lake, volunteered at Bree's, hung out in the board walk tasting cheese and wine and oysters, etc. Taking bikes next time and staying longer to fit some golf in!
