Waterfront Home with Large Covered Two Boat Slip Dock

Seminole Shores is located in the prime fishing and duck hunting area of Lake Seminole. It is minutes from Sealy's Landing, Sealy's Islands, Spring Creek and the Flats. This waterfront home is completely remodeled, new stainless steel appliances, furniture, flooring, bedding, etc. There is a dining table to hold eight and bar stools for the kids. An open floor plan with two sitting areas, with satellite TV and WIFI if you need to keep up with internet. Everything is clean and new. A super large covered dock was built with a boat slip and electric boat lift. A large covered area for fishing and relaxing, there is even a wire fish holding basket, a swing and a hammock. About Regina

Lake Seminole is one of the most beautiful places on earth to watch the sunset! Please Come and enjoy my home, fish, watch birds, take photographs and make memories!

Regina purchased this cabin in 2011

Why Regina chose South Rivers Area

Better than a cabin on the lake a true first class place to fish, hunt or just relax with family.

What makes this cabin unique

Everything is Brand New! New Furniture, new bedding, all new stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen with island and bar stools, large sun-room with extra sitting area and large windows to take in the view of the lake, 32' flat screen TV with Dish for all the sports channels, WIFI for those who have to stay in touch. Comfortable furniture and bedding, just like you expect at home! Newly built covered dock with a boat lift and a swing.

Guestbook comments from the owner

We loved the antiques and the leather sofa and chair were a big plus. We really enjoyed the second seating area, as we had guest over and there was plenty of room for everyone. The view of the lake was wonderful and the dock was great. I made some pictures of the sunrise, but my cameral on my phone did not do it justice. the sunrises were Magnificent. The kitchen was well stocked and very user friendly. Thank you for a wonderful lake house, a comfortable bed and a great location on the lake.

We could have stayed another four days!!! Far beyond our expectations.

As we were packing up the car we were looking at our schedules to see when we could come back to this great waterfront home. Regina went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. Ed was the perfect welcoming "committee" and a super nice person to be around. The house and grounds were impeccable . We didn't catch any fish in the 100 degree weather but lounging on the shaded deck was delightful.

House on Seminole Shores

  • 5 of 5

I fished off the dock and hooked two pretty catfish but they broke my string. I avoided a baby snapping turtle and a sizeable box turtle. Next time I will take better fishing gear and stronger string. The house is very comfortable and quiet. My kind of place. This house is for people who enjoy nature and being outside. There is no Wal Mart near (Yeah) but Piggly Wiggly or Dollar Store has what you need. I would like to go back when it isn't so hot (90+) when the fishing is better and I have new gear. I challenge anyone to go with no I-phone, I-pad, etc., and just breath. Yes, we enjoyed ourselves.

Great experience! Will stay again!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I recently stayed at Reginas house on Lake Seminole last weekend. It was everything we expected, great location, away from it all! The house was perfect for the two of us, but could definitely accommodate more! It was well stocked, everything we needed for our five day stay! It's less than a mile to the boat launch at Sealys landing which we found super convenient.. My favorite part was the boat dock, we were able to park the boat at night and conveniently get to it by day, it was powered so we could charge the trolling motors, etc.... It even has a beautiful tin roof and a swing attached where we sat during the rainy portion of our stay... Big Jims is a short boat ride away, and the neighbor Ed Crump is absolutely precious, he was an amazing resource! Recommended the pond house restaurant, which we will definitely have to try when we come back! Just want to say thank you so much for everything! Thank you for making us feel so welcomed:)
