Beach condo. This is it!!! The right place to be.

Very spacious and beautiful decorated 1 bedroom 2 full baths condo, right across the beach. Enjoy the view from the balcony, and let your toes touch the sand, with a few steps. The complex features a full-size heated pool, parking space, elevator. Short distance from shopping, restaurants, and a lot of entertainment. Unit is located on the third floor, right in front of the elevator. This 840 square feet unit has everything you may need during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen , inside laundry, cable, wifi. Flat screen TV, dvd player, and soundbar on living room, 2 queen beds on bedroom. Spacious walk in closet, two full baths. Condo has been fully renovated in October 2020. New kitchen cabinets, quartz counter top, new ceramic floors through out, ceiling fans on living room and bedroom. private balcony.
Walk to restaurants and beach bars, The John's Pass is just minutes away, where you can find a lot of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment.
Bring your toothbrush and enjoy!!!!
Please note that bedroom is facing Gulf Blvd, which is a very busy street and can be noisy at times.

Sister vacation
The location was perfect, there is so much to see and do along gulf blvd. There is a very nice pool area and the beach is easy to access across the street. The condo has been updated and was comfortable.

Clean, AC stayed cold! Perfect location. Beach access literally across the street.. great beach bar right there as well. We would go back.

The perfect upgrades in a nice kitchen, comfy beds, beach chairs and towels, and a coffee pot with coffee! The pool was super clean too!

Madeira Beach week
Property was as advertised. Pool area was convenient and very nice. Always had seats available. Condo was clean and spacious enough for two people. There was some traffic noise since located on main road for the beaches.

An honest review
My family of six had a great week in February. The place was clean, the beach access was right across the street, and the location was great. The only bad thing I can say about my stay was that the road noise was rather loud at times. We brought a sound machine with us. Check out the Sweet Brewnette for coffee and the Candy Kitchen for sweets. We saw dolphins daily from the balcony around 7:20am. The pool was heated and my kids enjoyed it. Even with the raid noise I absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again and will seek out this place when staying in Madeira Beach again.
