This bright and lovely apartment is located in the Residence Albamar, Riviera del Sol, with a south facing terrace, kitchen, living-dining room, 1 en suite bedroom (double bed) with bathroom and wc, 1 bedroom (2 beds), shower room with wc.

Fully furnished and equipped, with a washing machine, micro-wave, bath towels and sheets. Wifi. Air conditioning in the living room (cold and heat).

The apartment has a view on the tropical garden with 252 palm threes, and 4 swimming pools are distributed in this large property, including a children's pool. Bar with a restaurant near the main pool. The property is secured by gates.

The apartment is closed to a small shopping mall with a 7/7 open supermarket, restaurants, tapas bar, pub, beauty salon, hairdresser, internet café.

At walking distance to tennis courts, lawn bowls and the Riviera Club house restaurant with a musical group once a week (5 min.), from the golf (5 min.), golf (10 min. walk), and the sea (1km).

At 3 min. drive to other shopping mall and international restaurants of Riviera .

Riviera area, is 5 minute drive from the small seaside town of La Cala Mijas, between Marbella (19 kms) and Malaga center (44km). Mijas, a traditional seaside village, is today in the center of 12 kilometers of beach.

Access : Malaga airport at 30 min.

The region offers a lot of activities: there is one for everyone's taste!

Golf: 5 min walking to Miraflores Golf Academy and gold course (18 holes). Nearby, many golf courses, the region has some 47 courses.

Sea: not the crowd even in high season. Activities for children in high season, such as inflatable bouncers in the water, trampoline.

Water sports: surfing, paddle, scuba diving, boating, kite surfing.

Walking, jogging: from La Cala Mijas a wooden path of 4.8 km runs along the beach.

Hiking: many itineraries in the pine forests. The trails leading to the hermitage of the Calvario (XIX century) or to the old quarry of marble are some itineraries offered to the visitor.

Nice, comfortable apartment in a very good location.

We went there for 2 weeks in August-Sep 2017, with our 2 children. The apartment is large and well furnished, the 2 bathrooms very practical for 4 has air-con in the 2 bedrooms, but we haven't used it a lot because the weather has been pleasantly warm, not too hot and we were out a lot. The apartment has windows on two sides which makes it pleasantly airy and easy to cool down. The location was very good for as as we enjoy travelling the Costa and checking out various beaches rather than spending our holiday in one place. The Belgian bar next door (El Encanto) is a must, a real hidden gem of the Costa del Sol.

The property was good and clean and comfortable. Perfectly adequate for 4 people.

Our overall experience of the property was mostly good. It was clean and well equipped for 4 people although the kettle was only a small travel one, suitable for 2 cups (no good for 4 cups) the fridge had broken pieces off the door shelf inside which meant you couldn't stand anything on the shelves. It was also a shame there are no sunbeds at the apartment or around the swimming pool. We had to sit on the grass or go to the beach! I understand there wouldn't be room at the apartment though. But most pools have sunbeds. The location was very good. Surrounded by many nice restaurants and supermarket round the corner. We found the area very friendly too.

Owner's Response: Hi Janet, I am happy that you had a great time and enjoyed the apartment and its surroundings. The choice of a small kettle was to leave more space in the kitchen: you can heat it twice to have 4 cups. But I have taken your request into consideration and put a bigger one. Unfortunately, the piece of the fridge was broken by the guests just before and it takes time to get these spare parts that I have ordered. What you have done is take another one above and you would have had a bottle holder... I look forward to seeing you again ! Kind regards, Michèle

La casita estaba muy bien en una zona que nos gusta mucho y la propietaria muy atenta con todo. Si tenemos oportunidad volveremos. Muy recomendable si no te gusta estar en medio de la ciudad.
