About this property

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located at the 9th tee and view of the 18th fairway. The extended views include lake, mountains and clubhouse which is beautifully lit at night. We provide free long distance calling and wi fi. Enjoy a short walk to the pool and spa, also Clubhouse and tennis facilities are a short walking distance along the golf cart path. Also, added a large patio extension with shrub bed for outdoor entertaining.
The dinning room provides seating for 6 and the kitchen has plenty of cabinets and a pantry area. The double garage has access from the house.
Master bedroom has king bed with large bathroom and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom adjoining.
Other amenities include 50" Smart TV LCD HD , two TV's in the bedrooms, fireplace in the living room.
Palm Desert Resort Country Club offers great vacation fun with 20 pools and spas, regulation golf course, and a full tennis center with 14 lit courts for evening play. The golf course is suitable for all levels of play with a driving range.

Beautiful and comfortable property

We have stayed at many vacation properties in the Palm Desert area over the last twenty years, and this was definitely one of the best. Great views from the terrace, nice dining area, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our two-weeks stay although the outside temperature was somewhat lower than we had hoped. for.

Clean, comfortable and a perfect location overlooking the 9th tee off!

This property was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and close proximity to the tennis and pickleball courts. It had everything that we could have hoped for.

Lovely condo with beautiful outlook!

We have been looking in the Palm Desert area for several years. When this unit became available we were able to purchase it. This unit is located on what was Model Home Row. We are planning on spending more time here, but until then we would like to make it available for others to relax, golf, swim and play tennis.
