Wonderful!

  • 5 of 5

This house has it all. It's huge and accommodated all our family needs. Very nicely decorated and clean and well-stocked with all the things you need to feel at home! The owner took our family for a day-long boat trip. We saw lots of dolphins, collected many shells and had perfect weather! The owners were wonderful to work with. We would definitely recommend this house for your family getaway!

Wonderful Vacation! Beautiful House!

  • 5 of 5

We had 6 adults and 2 kids and the house was perfect, very roomy and comfortable. The pool area was great! They had lots of extras there for the pool and beach, we couldn't ask for anything better.

Great house, great location, great people to work with!

  • 5 of 5

We recently spent 2 weeks at this Cape Coral house. Inside is very spacious and open, very well kept and equipped. Outside is a large screened lanai with a large table and plenty of chairs, six recliners, grill, and a very nice pool and small spa. Palm trees surround the area and block the view of the house and backyard next door, so it has a very private feel. It was our favorite spot for relaxing in the afternoon and evening hours. The yard is nicely landscaped and there is plenty of parking in the circle drive, although the garage has been converted into a game room. A two week stay doesn't require a garage, so that is a better use of space for a rental home. There were only 4 adults in our party, but the house is set up to accommodate several more people and would be great for kids.

We also rented the boat, which worked very well on our frequent sightseeing boat trips and excursions to waterfront restaurants at the "not too" distant islands. Our best meal was at the Green Flash on Captiva, but the Waterfront Restaurant on Pine Island and the Boat House Tiki near the yacht club in Cape Coral are also recommended. Access to the river, the gateway to the Gulf, is more convenient than from all but one of the other houses we've rented in Cape Coral in previous years. If you stay in Cape Coral and don't go boating, you are missing one of the best thing about the area.

Stephanie and Joe are terrific people, easy to work with and extremely attentive. They live nearby and encouraged us to contact them if we needed anything. A couple of things came up, and Joe was right there to make them right. The only negative was the kingsize bed in one of the master suites. The mattress needs replacing, which I'm guessing will be done shortly, as the owners are committed to making the experience first class all the way.

You may have guessed that we had a great time!
