There is also, on the middle floor, a full size convertible sofa in one of the living rooms, and a single folding bed in the library.
Middle floor includes gourmet kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms, library, laundry, 1 full and 1 half baths (with washer), PLUS large balcony facing sea and trabocco (antique fishing pier), very large rear terrace leading to orchard with seasonal fruits, 2 smaller balconies.

The owners live on the top floor, and will happily recommend places to go, historic and archeological sites, restaurants and wineries, and where to buy the best and freshest products to eat and drink in the spacious dining room or on the sunny terrace or the balcony overlooking the sea. We can also organize food tours to artisanal producers of olive oil, cheese, honey, cured meats, as well as visits to our favorite local wineries. And tours of neighboring towns and historical places.
Although summer is the prime season for beachgoers, many guests prefer September and October, when the crowds are gone but the weather is still fine.
