Hear the waves crash from your private balcony! Luxury and convenience describe this wonderful condo located in the Sunrise gated community. This is the best location in Tamarindo and you are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, medical services and more, so a car is not necessary!

This exclusive 1600 SF condo is nicely furnished (recently remodeled) and features a king-size bed in the master with private bath. There is also two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the third bedroom. This home sleeps 6 people comfortably. The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware, granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer. Free Wi-Fi, local phone calls, Cable TV, and 24-hour security included in the rate. Daily maid service available for an additional fee. All linens are provided. Large televisions in living room and both bedrooms. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Large, resort style pool with cascading waterfall and plenty of space to relax. As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket with coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler and more!!!

Perfect for family, steps from the surf

We stayed a week with my family; myself, my husband and our son (16) and daughter (13). Both kids enjoyed having their own room and bathroom to share. This unit is ideal for being so close to the pool, which our kids loved. We were just a quick walk across the street to the beach for walks and sunset viewing. The air conditioning was so great, ceiling fans everywhere to help. Wifi was fast and effective. The security was attentive and greeted us every day, we felt safe and looked after by the staff. There is a market just around the corner, and many many restaurants within walking distance. The condo was well stocked with towels, kitchen items and we even did some laundry. There were 3 beach chairs on the patio that we really appreciated too! This condo was a great find for my family's week in Tamarindo.

Awesome condo, super clean. Absolutely loved the ground floor easy access to the pool and was in a great location for town and beach. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location

Perfect location for our family of seven to visit Tamarindo. The condo was comfortable and inviting. Pictures online are accurate depictions of the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable. The showers were always hot. The air conditioning was wonderful. The condo had a washer and dryer which was nice. The patio area and view were great for morning coffees and evening drinks. The patio gas grill worked perfectly; That was a great bonus since many places we have stayed, the grill barely works. We used the grill for a couple lunches grilling out brats after a morning spent on the beach. The beach is a short walk from the condo. We spent most of our days, not touring, at the beach. Water was warm. We loved the beach! The surf was strong but you could walk out into the ocean for quite a bit and the water be up to your waist. The condo had beach chairs to take to the waters edge and enjoy sitting in the water. The condo is in a perfect location to walk ANYWHERE in town. You do not need a car if you will be staying in Tamarindo. We had no problem walking to different restaurants and grocery stores. There are two small grocery stores right beside the condo but if you venture further down there is a larger, better store. And there was a street fair on Thursday night that we LOVED! Try not to miss it. We want to return to CR and stay for an extended stay. We could definitely stay here again.
