Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 en-suite bathroom, beach front apartment on arguably the best beach in Barbados, Paynes Bay.The apartment is elegantly furnished to a luxurious standard and boasts stunning sea views.The apartment benefits from a huge balcony which accommodates a large dining area, large socialising area and a fabulous state of the art 6 person jacuzzi. All three bedrooms are finished beautifully, with particular attention to detail.The large modern kitchen comes complete with all mod cons including a large American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and chilled filtered fresh drinking water and a separate wine cooler. There is also a breakfast bar area.The lounge is beautifully furnished and has patio doors which are concertina folding leaving the lounge completely open onto the balcony.The lounge has cable TV, 37 inch LCD television, DVD player, a DVD library, Apple tv and a HiFi with iPod connection. High Speed Broadband WiFi Internet access throughout.Fully air conditioned.24 hr security. Housekeeper.Secure car parking.

The apartment is 2400 sq ft and has a large lounge,modern kitchen with breakfast bar,3 bedrooms,3 en-suite bathrooms,separate powder room,laundry room,large storage room for suitcases,plus a huge balcony with fabulous sea views and houses a state of the art 6 person jacuzzi,dining table and chairs and a large socialising area. Each of the bedrooms have ample wardrobe and hanging spaces. The master bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe.There are 2 safes in the apartment for guests use and private secure car parking spaces on site. The second bedroom can be made up with two single beds or one kingsized double bed. The apartment has a housekeeper/maid who will meet you at the apartment upon your arrival,and will come in every 3 days of your stay to clean and tidy the apartment. The housekeeper will also prepare and serve lunch on those days (guests to provide ingredients) Complimentary private beach chairs,recliners and sun umbrellas are provided for guests on the beach. Excellent location and apartment on Paynes Beach

The apartment can best be described as spacious, upmarket and fitting for the incredible location on the glittering west coast. Arguably one of the best positions on the island. The quality of the accommodation is equalled by the quality of the house keeper Dena and those who manage the building. The booking process is painless and the owner Simon very accommodating. A 5 * holiday

Another Stunning Holiday

As a returning group we were interested to see what had changed....thankfully not a great deal as this is a superb apartment. The staff representing Simon are professional and very helpful and Dena the housekeeper was as cheery as we remembered her. I would highly recommend the apartment and the fact that we came back for a second visit should speak volumes. We didnt look anywhere else as we love Paynes Bay and the local area is great for bars and top end restraunts alike including, Daphnes, Sandy Lane Hotel, The Cliff and Cafe Carizma for something a little more reasonable. We didnt bother with a hire car as the buses and taxis were great for getting around ( ask security to phone Trevor if you want a great service). One thing we did plenty of on this trip was snorkeling and there was plenty to see just 10-30 metres off shore right outside the apartment so you dont even need to travel. We shall return.......

perfect position and better than a hotel

Simon could not have been more helpful. His apartment is so comfortable (including the bed and especially the soft pillows) It is luxurious with beautiful views over the sea and beach and being higher up we had no mosquitos.

Dena the housekeeper is lovely and comes in on saturday, tuesday and Friday.

Paynes beach must be one of the loveliest beaches in Barbados. The security people including Romeo are friendly and on hand.

I prefer this to a hotel because of the space, privacy,and Dena .We ate out each night, favourites are Lone Star for lunch and dinner, Mullins for lunch, Cin Cin and Tides. We shall be back if we can !

Great apartment, fantastic location

This is a lovely property looking out onto arguably the best beach location in Barbados. The outlook from the balcony is beautiful! The apartment is very spacious and clean and Dena the house-keeper is lovely. The security chaps are also very friendly. We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again if we return to the island. Simon the owner is also very supportive, providing useful information prior to arrival. Thank you.

This condo is so beautiful. You have everything anyone could want. The location is perfect for relaxing, dining out and also touring the island We spent 2 weeks there and hope to return in the near future. Simon is so helpful and all his staff are excellent. We highly recommend this property.

Simply fabulous

This is a beautiful spacious modern comfortable apartment right on Paynes beach which has to be one of the nicest beaches on the west coast.

The beach does not shelve too deeply and there is a marked swimming area right in front of the apartment block. There is always something to watch as catamarans and the 'pirate ship' come into the bay to look for turtles. Beach vendors are friendly and will go away if you are not interested.I wake boarded and waterskied and we went up the west coast on the ski boat which was so interesting seeing other beaches and beautiful houses along the shoreline.

Simon the owner was so helpful with his information sheets and prompt response to any questions. We were greeted on arrival by Deborah the agent, who booked our dinner that night at Zaccios, and the lovely Dena the housekeeper who later in the week cooked delicious spiced fish and another lunch of curry.

To me this apartment was much better than a hotel because we had the space, comfort ,views,setting sun, and without the other guests.The bed and pillows were so comfortable (essential!). We felt safe. The security on the gate were friendly and helpful.The kitchen is really well kitted out and there is filtered water from the american fridge plus a bottle fridge. We had breakfast on the balcony each morning with the beautiful view of the sea.

We ate out each night at a different restaurant some walking distance away ,others a short taxi ride away. We really liked Tides, Cin Cin.We had a fun lunch at Mullins. Scarlett down the road is buzzy with good food.

We hired a car and joined a gym that Simon recommended for the week. Holetown which is less than 10mins away is definitely worth a visit and the Limegrove Mall is very pleasant as it has been beautifully designed and it was enjoyable just to sit and have a coffee. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is located on possibly the best beach in Barbados,Paynes Bay. Paynes Bay is located on the west coast of Barbados in the St James' parish.The superb sandy beach has complimentary private beach recliners and umbrellas,and a safe swimming area in the beautiful calm Caribbean sea.Water sports are available for hire at local rates.

Its excellent central location is just a five minute stroll along the beach to the prestigious Sandy Lane Hotel and Golf Resort in the next bay and less than a mile away from many superb restaurants including The Cliff,Daphnes. Cin Cin and Tides.Supermarkets,Banks and Shops are also within a mile of the apartment.

Golf courses including Sandy Lane,Royal Westmorelands and Apes Hill are all just a short drive from the apartment.

The apartment is located in a small complex of just 14 beach-fronted apartments. Our apartment is located on the 4th of 5 floors. The apartments have an elevator and there is also wheelchair access. The apartment has complimentary high speed wifi broadband.24 hour security. Full time property manager in Barbados.Concierge service.
