Domaine Juan Flore is a beautifully landscaped development on one of the last coastal sites in Juan-les-Pins. This brand new 2 bedroom, 2 shower room ground floor apartment (64 sq m) offers bright contemporary , quality furnishings. The apartment benefits from an underground garage. It has a terrace and large garden (150sq m) and the benefit of a community pool which has a faux rock water slide and children's pool. It is ideal for families but equally perfect for those wishing a quiet relaxing holiday. The apartment is south facing with an integrated fully equipped kitchen and open plan lounge/diner. The bedrooms consist of 1 bunk bed (width140 cm and 90 cm) and 1 double bedded room with fitted wardrobes. There is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, flat screen TV and DVD player/i POD dock. The apartment is 150m from the sandy beach which can be reached by a walkway. The centre of Juan-les-Pins is a 15 minute walk away and two minutes away is a precinct where provisions can be purchased.

Juan-les-Pins lies in the heart of the Cote d'Azur. It has an historically rich cultural and artistic lifestyle with fashionable Cannes and the luxury of Monaco just a short distance away. A choice of shopping is offered from designer to unique craft shops and galleries. Juan-les-Pins offers a great selection of fine restaurants and vibrant night life from cocktail bars to Casino. Along this famous coastline you can find breathtaking views and an incredible variety of historical towns and ports which are easily accessible by car or public transport. A few kilometers inland are the beautiful hilltop villages and towns of Biot, Grasse and Mougins amongst others waiting to be discovered. The historical town of Antibes is a 10 minute drive. It is famous for its narrow streets lined with traditional craft shops, cafes and Provencal market.

The apartment is at the front of a 10 hectare landscaped garden development and benefits from a open aspect fronted by a newly planted olive grove. There are views of the sea, and Cap D'Antibes from each room. Large private garden (150 sq m) which is laid to grass and securely fenced suitable for families. The complex is a gated domaine with added security and a large swimming pool with paddling pool. A childrens area and boule games area ensure holiday makers of all ages are catered for. An underground walkway connects the domaine to the sandy beach, sea and beach side restaurants where sun loungers and parasols can be hired. The town of Juan-les-Pins and the beautiful Marina in Golfe Juan both with a great selection of excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Absolutely Perfect

This was our third time to the area, but the first time in this particular holiday apartment block. Malcolm was very friendly & helpful In the process of booking things & was very flexible in dates etc.

Easyjet flights from Liverpool made the journey very relaxing. We picked the car up from the airport & it was literally 25mins away. Our only problem was that our sat nav didn’t like the postcode or address for the actual complex. We found the roundabout with Macdonalds to the right, but we still weren’t certain that we were at the apartments, so Id double check this part as much as you can. The lady who greeted us spoke very good English & showed us to our apartment.

It was fabulous.

Every room was beautifully clean, white & bright. We have twin 3 year old girls & they loved the freedom in having their own bedroom & then being able to run out into the garden. The garden was immaculately kept & was enclosed, so there was no fear of them running too far away. We went out for dinner on the first night & headed to Juan Les Pins. There is also a set of local restaurants just round the corner from the apartment, including a decent supermarket & Tabac newsagents.

The apartment even had buckets & spades & a beach wind breaker that we were able to use. The kind of things wed have liked to have taken to the beach, but would never have bought!! The beach wasn’t far away, & our girls had the most wonderful time. The communal pool was very nice too. We were able to take some sandwiches there & the girls loved the baby pool & the sloping gradient of the shallow end.

All in all, this holiday did what we hoped it would do – ticked every box. We wanted somewhere near a beach, that had a pool, that had self catering facilities & more than one bedroom within a reasonable price range.

We would definitely recommend this to other families looking for the same.

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful holiday here last week. Our first time in France and Juan les pins and it definately made a big impression! We hope to return soon!

The apartment was very spacious and modern, everything you could possibly need dishwasher, tv, washing machine, hairdryer, straightners etc and very central to shops, beach and bus routes. Train station short 10-15mins walk also.lots of bars and restaurants close by also.

The private garden area was beautiful to sit and relax and enjoy the sunshine. The pool at the complex was great, very clean and has a slide which we all enjoyed!

Juan les pins is a lovely place, and to add to it we had a family wedding here perfect weather, perfect location, just a perfect holiday all round!

Definately will be spreading the word! Big thumbs up!!!!!!

Fantastic family holiday

We had a wonderful holiday here in June. Juan les Pins is a lovely location, lots of restaurants, sandy beaches, friendly resort which is great for children with a really bright and new childrens park and carousel. The flat is very new with everything you could possibly need and it was really easy with the BBQ in the enclosed garden. The complex is well kept, full of beautiful flowers, and the pool area even has a separate kids pool. There is a big grocery store a 5 minute walk away, a newsagent and simple cafes. The beach is close by and the walk into Juan les Pins only takes about 10 minutes along a board walk - which was easy with a pram. There were a lot of bars and a night club in the centre of town, although we didn't get to check them out! We can highly recommend both the apartment and the town and we will hopefully be returning next year.

Fantastic holiday appartment

We had a great week staying here. The apartment is very well equipped and clean and has everything you will need to make yours an enjoyable stay. We were met as planned and taken to the domain which is easy to find - easy drive from the airport along the A8. It is a lovely place to be with friendly neighbours. The 'Leclerc' supermarket, bars and beach (and gym if you're feeling that way out) are all within a very easy walk. Our 18 month old son walked to the shop regularly with us but he especially enjoyed the garden which is enclosed and very safe. The apartment proved to be the perfect base from which to travel to places such as Antibes, Cannes, Monaco and Nice. Will definately be back!

October in the Sun

I liked to start the morning with coffee on the terrace watching the birds in the olive trees surrounding the apartments. Eating out was always a delight especially when we could choose from so many wonderful foods and wines at the Le Clerc Supermarket in the precinct a few minutes away. At this time of the year the swimming pool was not open but it is still a lovely focal point. Everything in the apartment was spacious. Nothing seemed to be wanting. There is a dishwasher and washing machine and as I visited in October the warm air system kept the apartment comfortable in the evening but one night we did need to use the convector heater as a boost. The town and beach seemed very family orientated the beautiful sands and gently sloping beach made it a safe place for children. As we enjoy walking we followed the coastal path around the Capd'Antibes it took about 1 hour but there is a shorter route to Antibes across the Cap this takes about half an hour. The bus routes near the apartment meant that exploring without a car was very easy and affordable at €1 per trip in the same direction with the helpful bus drivers tellling you when you have reached your stop.This is a part of France I have only just discovered but the landscape and its history make it one to which i wish to return to very soon in all seasons.

Juan-les-Pins famous for its Jazz Festival in July is a lively and beautiful town situated on the magical Cote d'Azur. Nestled between Cannes and Antibes its central location is perfect for exploring the many attractions this spectacular region has to offer. Cannes renown for its Film Festival and designer shopping is a short drive away. Whilst in the opposite direction Nice is a 20 minute drive via the A8 auto route. Monaco is easily reached by car or a scenic train ride. The Monaco rally in January and Grand Prix in May promise a unique blend of excitement and elegance.
