This is a modern, front-line, apartment, overlooking the warm blue Mediterranean sea, offering stunning sea views. It is on the ground floor and is wheelchair/pushchair friendly. The accommodation has 3 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one being en-suite), a larger than average, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas hob and full sized oven,microwave, iron and ironing board etc. It has a large spacious lounge-dining room with Satellite TV & DVD Player. WiFi internet is available, ask the owner regarding cost. There is a large covered terrace with patio furniture for 6, offering spectacular sea views.The apartment has air conditioning/heating and is within walking distance of all amenities. The complex is situated on the front line to the beach with spectacular sea views. It has approx. 22 units with its own swimming pool. Opposite is the promenade and one of the many beaches in Mojacar. It is close to a supermarket shops and restaurants.There is a riding school and children's playground adjacent.

Eating Out: Eating out can be a very cosmopolitan experience in Mojacar. You have the choice of Spanish, Italian, Argentinian, Thai, Chinese, Indian, Irish and British all within walking distance of the apartment. In the characteristic and charming 'white' village of Mojacar Pueblo you can dine and take in the fantastic, panoramic views at the same time, and then take a stroll through the labarnth of cobbled, narrow streets. There are many beach bars along the promenade opposite the apartment.In the neighbouring town of Garrucha there is an active fishing port where you can witness the fishing boats bringing in their catch daily and then sample it in the many fish restaurants along the sea front decorated by the spectacular white marble balastraudes.

There are suggestions and comments left in the information folder in the apartment from clients that have tried and tested many of the restaurants.

Leisure Activities: There is a great deal of variety of activites in Mojacar. There are many water sports on many of the blue flag beaches including jet skis, canoeing, wind surfing, surfing,banana rides,scuba diving, snorkelling, and fishing.There is an Aqua Park a bus ride away. For those of us that prefer to stay dry, there are off- road trails ,quad bikes, scooter hire and a Go-Cart track. There is also Horse riding and Microlite flying.

In the desert of Tabernas there is Mini-Hollywood where many Cowboy films have been made and you have the chance to witness a shoot out and dress up and have your picture taken after watching the can-can in the saloon.There is also a fantastic zoo on the premisis and if you get too hot in this desert you can cool off in their swimming pool.In the Villages and towns ther are open air markets held every week were fresh produce can be bought as well as many items of clothes and fancy goods. There are several Golf Courses including, Desert Springs, Valle de Este, Macenas

Landscape and Surrounding Area: There is a wealth of Natural and Cultural attractions where the Mountains meet the sea in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata. The dramatic rocks and cliffs lead to many beautiful unspoilt beaches. Or such exceptional places as the Sorbas limestone caves. The charming coastal towns with narrow streets and white washes houses, such as the nearby village of Villaricos fishing village, or the inland 'white' villages such as Mojacar Pueblo where Arabic and Mediaeval legacy lives on, are romantic and picturesque with its cobbled streets and quaint boutiques and perfect sunlight are an artists dream.It is an area were many have visited, artistic or not, and have fell in love with its charm and beauty and Spanish way of living, return year after year and some even choose to stay.

The supermarket and many restaurants and Tapas Bars, providing food and drink for all tastes are within walking distance. The bus stop is across the road and Taxi's are available. Wonderful position.

Close to restaurants and supermarket. Enjoyed pool on occasion. Property manager very helpful and enjoyed the proximity to the beach walk.

fabulous apartment, beautiful views

You will not be disappointed staying in this apartment! It's very spacious has 3 bed rooms. It's perfect for any one! It's on a flat ground, there not many steps, and ramps are provided perfect for push and wheel chairs it's very secure apartment and has gates to open and close for around the pool area it's very private, and if you don't fancy the pool the beach is only a stone throw away, the beaches are beautiful, clean and perfect for relaxation. But if your more active there's so many options you can do from the waterpark which is a bus ride away or even a cowboy and westen place which has shows and even a zoo. Or you can visit the local markets their plenty of choose from. There's is also a supermarket next door the apartment which was very handy and restaurants in walking distances and all the ones we tried where just delicious (I would definitely recommend lavantes spaghetti bolognese its the nicest bologenese you will ever try) overall I will 110% be returning next year! I can't praise the location and apartment enough.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location.

We have had a brilliant holiday. The Indabella is a beautiful safe and secure apartment set in gorgeous gardens with superb facilities overlooking the fabulous beach. Excellent location for my family who range in age from 6 to 69 We all loved the sea and the pool. I wish we had stayed longer and will definitely be coming back. I would highly recommend this apartment. You won't be disappointed. :)

no probs......

had a great time there,the area was all we hoped for,the villa was the best we have had in that region.Would recommend the villa to anyone,restaurants and bars very near and very good for getting to golf courses.The road in the front is no problem,although we were out of season,easy parking,child playground opposite,all round good.
