Each apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, living-room, bathroom, toilet, terrace and garage. Fully brand new equipment: electrical appliances, dinner service, household linen… Wi-fi. Apartment placed in the centre of the village with all services close: supermarkets and restaurants. Welcome service by the owner of the property with delivering of the keys and a brief explanation of the apartment and places of interest to visit. Excellent communication by road (Highway “Autopista del Norte A67”) and train. Perfect location to visit Cantabria and closed regions. 10 minutes from Santander, 8 minutes from Santillana del Mar, 15 minutes from “Cabarceno” park, 25 minutes from “Soplao” caverns, 20 minutes from San Vicente de la Barquera, 30 minutes from Comillas, 60 minutes from Picos de Europa, 60 minutes from Gugenheim Museum (Bilbao). Pets are not allowed. If it is necessary there is pick up service at airport and bus/train station. Area with excellent restaurants to enjoy good cuisine, bars and drinks.

Very good location, surrounded by a large landscape combining the greenness of the field and the sea. Excellent area for families with children. There is no danger because garden is fenced. Perfect location to visit other villages and beaches. Besides Santander, it is also very close to Bilbao, Oviedo and Gijón.

Quiet area. Everything is in very good condition and excellent cleaning. Good quality beds to sleep. Fully brand new equipment. Perfect place to rest.

großartige Unterkunft

Eine tolle, saubere und großräumige Unterkunft bei sehr netten Vermietern. Man sollte ein paar Brocken spanisch können um einen besseren Kontakt zum Vermieter herstellen zu können.

Der Blick aus dem Appartement ist traumhaft - eine Weide mit Landtieren, eine Bucht mit wechselnder Ebbe und Flut und natürlich dahinter das Meer.

Ein Strand ist mit 10min Fußweg erreichbar, noch schönere Strände erreicht man mit dem Auto in Richtung Santander (eine Autobahnabfahrt weiter von Mogro).

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt mit Terrasse, einem traumhaften Pool und dem grandiosen Ausblick.

Un vrai plaisir. C'est un endroit magnifique.

Très bel appartement avec une vue incroyable sur une "Ria". Nous avons profité d'une belle semaine grâce à l'accueil de Angela et Jose manuel ainsi que la piscine et l'accès en 5 minutes à pied à une étendue de sable magnifique lors de la marée basse et une plage quand la marée commence à monter. Je le recommande chaleureusement.

ESTANCIA COMO EN MI PROPIA CASA

Apartamento muy tranquilo, acogedor, limpio y bien equipado.

Con vistas fabulosas de prados y ria (muy bonitas las subidas/bajadas de la marea en la ria.

Muy cerca de Santander (10-15 minutos en coche).

Los paseos por el entorno son muy agradables.

Los equipamientos ( jardín, piscina, aparcamiento, etc...), tal y como lo describen los propietarios en el anuncio.

Los propietarios muy atentos en todo momento.

Recomiendo el sitio, nosotros seguro que volveremos.

Incomparables vistas y fantastico apartamento

En primer lugar el trato directo y cordial de los dueños , es un placer tratar con ellos. El apartamento, las vistas espectaculares, por muy buenas que parecen las fotos , nada en comparacion a la realidad, el apartamento muy comfortable y mantenido para que este como nuevo, el jardin y la piscina muy comodos al lado del apartamento.Muy recomendable para familias con hijos.
