A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental fees. A $500 deposit will be refunded shortly after departure once the key is returned and the premises are left in an acceptable condition. A $500 deposit and a return of the rental agreement is required upon booking. Late payments will be assessed a surcharge of $100. For cancellation earlier than one calendar month before your arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. All other cancellations will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
