This superb villa is located in a privileged location on the San Diego coastline, less than 400m from the superb beach where there is a lovely ‘Chiringuito’ (beach bar). There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a short stroll of the villa and the superb up-market resort and golf centre of Sotogrande is just 3km along the coast where a further selection of fine restaurants, cafes and bars can be found around the Marina. The elevated position of the villa offers wonderful coastal views including the rock of Gibraltar. Villa Hibiscus is a modern and comfortable villa, and is a perfect holiday base for families and groups of friends wishing to travel together. Both inside and out there is no shortage of space in which to relax, all rooms being bright, welcoming and with good facilities. From the living room patio doors lead directly onto the covered dining terrace with the beautiful lawn and large private pool just a few steps beyond.

The accommodation, on two levels, comprises on the ground floor of and hallway leading to a living room with dining area. The separate fitted kitchen has a serving hatch to the dining area and is equipped with modern appliances. A passage way from the living room gives access to a luxury shower room with power shower unit and a family bathroom. On this level there is a double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms, one of which has a connecting door to the bathroom and patio doors to the gardens. Stairs from the hallway lead up to a majestic first floor master double bedroom and a luxurious en-suite shower room with power shower completes the suite. Outside, doors from the sun lounge and bedrooms gives access to mature, well kept gardens and lawns that surround the 8m x 4m kidney-shaped pool. To one side of the house can be found a peaceful relaxing covered terrace with a brick built barbecue unit; an idea place to enjoy ‘Al Fresco’ dining at its best.
