Well maintained bungalow with small garden and roof terrace with fantastic views


Beautifully maintained spacious bungalow fully air conditioned.

2 twin bedrooms plus single put you up bed in the living room (sleeps 4) plus travel cot and high chair for infants.

Bathroom with shower/toilet plus a separate toilet.

Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, etc.

Large living dining area leading out to living room which leads out to the garden. The bungalow also has a roof terrace with views of the surrounding mountains and also Burriana Beach.

Satellite TV, and CD player.

Towels and linen provided (except beach towels).

The property is well located in a very quiet cul de sac only a few minutes walk down to the beach where there is a large variety of bars and restaurants. There is also the use of a pool just around the corner from the bungalow as long as you buy a drink or snack.

ruhige Lage, tolle Aussicht, nettes Reihenhaus

Wir haben erholsame Tage in Nerja verbracht. Der Fußweg zum Stand war steil aber kurz. Der Fußweg nach Nerja relativ aufwändig (am Ende des Strandes den Berg wieder hoch). Im Patio gibt es 2 Sonnenliegen und immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Die Dachterrasse ist toll, nur schwer zu erreichen (schmale Wendeltreppe) - wir haben trotzdem jeden Abend unser Glas Wein dort genossen. Vermisst haben wir die versprochene Kaffeemaschine (im Schrank stand eine, die aber nicht mehr funktioniert hat). Die Betreuung vor Ort ist "dürftig": wenn man sich "ohne Notfall" an die Person wendet, muss man die Kontaktaufnahme bezahlen!

Nerja ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Frigiliana, Malaga und natürlich Granada.

Nerja lies at the foot of the mountains at the eastern end of the Costa del Sol, just 45 minutes from Malaga Airport, along the new main highway. Nerja’s centrepiece is the Balcon de Europa, a palm promenade with superb views of the coastline. There are no modern high rise developments to mar Nerja’s character. Within the town itself, there is a handful of small sandy coves and the main Burriana Beach is only 5 min walk from the bungalow (excellent sea view from bungalow roof terrace). The town centre is only 15/20 minutes walk away and there are a large variety of lovely restaurants and bars (including Tapas Bars).
