Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for two guests, quietly tucked away within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, overlooking a trees lined private space, hence ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.,

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen featuring Bosch /Baumatic appliances, spacious living room, and a modern bathroom.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines respectively and both located 150 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

Comfortable Flat in a Wonderful Location (with a Perfect Owner)

I just returned from a 6 night stay in Rafael's Queensway flat. The location could not be better. It's in a bustling, multi-cultural, central London neighbourhood on a lively street that's packed with a choice of great, reasonably priced restaurants. You can choose any one of them, and you'll immediately realize that they're full of locals rather than tourists. The public transportation is superb. You're literally steps away from either Queensway or Bayswater underground stations, giving you easy, rapid access to almost any location in London (buy an Oyster card as soon as you arrive!). The flat is in a quiet, secure building and offers everything that you could want for a stay of up to two weeks. There are grocery stores and supermarkets right around the corner. The best part of the experience was dealing with Rafael. He's professional, attentive and polite. From beginning to end, my experience was perfectly smooth. He responded to my e-mail inquiries with many personal touches that made me feel like I was more than just a guest in the flat. I'll definitely be returning here on my next visit to London.

Fantastic location and gorgeous interiors.

This apartment was our choice for a short stay just after New Year. The property is beautifully decorated, as shown in pictures and Rafael has made also some changes to the decor ( not shown in gallery ) that make the apartment even prettier. Location is a ten and access to and from airport ( Heathrow in our case ) a bliss. Great experience that we would gladly recommend. Mayra

Memorable. Felt like a home.

The apartment has the best location, the best cleanliness, the best safety locks, comfortable living, great heating, beautiful decor and great approach to the apartment.

It is almost 5 min to Queensway and Bayswater Tube stations which is ideal for commuting to most of the tourist spots in London.

It's located in the most lively places of London.

And last but not the least the owner Rafael is not only a great host but his warm and hospitable behaviour gives you more comforting feeling to the flat. Rafael is the best host you can get.

Throughout my 13 days I didn't come across any trouble with regard to facilities in the flat.

Tv channels including Netflix is enough to pass time during times when you just want to spend time indoors.

Kitchen has all utensils that you require including dishwasher and washing machine which also comes with a drier.

Excelente ubicación, perfecta para el turismo.

Rafael ha sido muy amable dedicándonos su tiempo contestando con los varios emails que le enviamos solicitando información s re su apartamento, la vecindad y Londres en general. Su apartamento es ideal para el turismo, perfectamente ubicado junto a dos lineas de metros, diría que las más prácticas, Circular y Central, ya que te llevan a cualquier lugar del centro en minutos. Nos encantó ir andando a Portobello y Hyde Park, ambos a varios minutos a pie y sobre todo a la Feria Winter Wonder Land, maravillosa experiencia para familias. Si volvemos a Londres, Rafael será sin duda nuestro punto de referencia pues quedamos encantados...Gracias desde Argentina! Ramón y Sheena N.

Perfect location for a long visit to London

The property was just a block from Kensington Gardens and less than a block from 3 different tube lines. We were able to get around London very easily during our three-week stay. Although it is in an older building, the apartment had everything we needed: a great shower with plenty of hot water, a comfortable bed, updated appliances in the kitchen and a very functional living room. It was very clean upon our arrival and Rafael's assistant met us to give us the keys and tips for our visit. Before we arrived and throughout our visit, Rafael was very accommodating. The building is on Queensway, a busy tourist street, so the area could be a bit crowded and noisy on weekend nights but it didn't bother us as the apartment didn't face the street.

Rafael made several suggestions for eating nearby and we particularly recommend The Orangery, next to Kensington Palace, for tea, and the Prince Edward pub. Went back to both several times for good food at reasonable prices in pleasant surroundings. We enjoyed walking around London neighborhoods; lovely Notting Hill is just to the west, and others are just a tube ride away.

Wonderful Location - Easy Access to Transportation

Rafael, the owner was very responsive to our emails and communicated with details of our stay both before our trip and after our arrival. He was available for any issues or questions.

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Their was a brand new comfortable sofa and chairs for the dining table. The location made it easy for us to use the Tube while connecting with friends and family. We found excellent restaurants nearby; just around the corner was a great market to stock up on basics for eating at home. It also provides easy access to nearby parks and is a short Tube ride from any of the major attractions.

The location of the apartment was never a problem, quick stairway access or when bringing in our luggage the elevator was very convient. Evenings were very quiet in the complex and yet we were able to be on the bustling Queensway within five minutes if we wanted to enjoy some of the evening life in this great spot.

We prepared many of our breakfasts and a dinner in the kitchen, though small, included all equipment needed. The bathroom was nice and the shower provided nice water pressure.

I would recommend a stay here if this is an area of London you would like to explore and because of the quick response to any of our questions.

Our terrific location, only yards away from Hyde Park will ensure that you make the most of your trip to London whilst enjoying the abundance of shops and restaurants that the cosmopolitan Queensway neighbourhood has to offer.

Atractions like Portobello Market, Royal Albert Hall, and Victoria & Albert, Science and Natural History museums amongst others are all within walking distance from the property via a pleasant stroll through Hyde Park, where you may also visit Kensington Palace, residence in life of the late Princess Diana of Wales.

Having two undergrounds stations ( Queensway and Bayswater) on the doorstep will facilitate the access to all other atractions via a maximum 10 minutes tube ride.
