Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for two guests, quietly tucked away within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, overlooking a trees lined private space, hence ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.,

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen featuring Bosch /Baumatic appliances, spacious living room, and a modern bathroom.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines respectively and both located 150 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

Comfortable Flat in a Wonderful Location (with a Perfect Owner)

I just returned from a 6 night stay in Rafael's Queensway flat. The location could not be better. It's in a bustling, multi-cultural, central London neighbourhood on a lively street that's packed with a choice of great, reasonably priced restaurants. You can choose any one of them, and you'll immediately realize that they're full of locals rather than tourists. The public transportation is superb. You're literally steps away from either Queensway or Bayswater underground stations, giving you easy, rapid access to almost any location in London (buy an Oyster card as soon as you arrive!). The flat is in a quiet, secure building and offers everything that you could want for a stay of up to two weeks. There are grocery stores and supermarkets right around the corner. The best part of the experience was dealing with Rafael. He's professional, attentive and polite. From beginning to end, my experience was perfectly smooth. He responded to my e-mail inquiries with many personal touches that made me feel like I was more than just a guest in the flat. I'll definitely be returning here on my next visit to London.

Great e-communication and very cute apartment.

This apartment is very clean, the pictures are real and it offers everything you need for a perfect stay. The location is unbeatable, steps away from the underground station and having Hyde park nearby was great too! We met Rafael only on departure but e-communication with him was fluid and professional all the time. We would recommend this place. Maricela

Comfortable, safe, spacious, great location

We stayed in Rafael's place for 5 days on a recent visit. Rafael's communication was excellent and thorough. The apartment was quite spacious for a couple. We loved the convenience of the close proximity to two tube stations and it made our day explorations very easy. The neighborhood felt very safe and the restaurant selection was quite good. Close proximity to a grocery and health food store was another bonus. Thank you, Rafael!

Perfect vacation In London.

This flat is a great option for a stay in London. Rafael and his assistant were great in allowing us to drop off our bags prior to check-in and pick them up after check-out, saving us the hassle of dragging them more than necessary. The flat was very clean and all amenities provided were accurate, as was the description of the location, incredibly close to two tube stops with one servicing two different lines which allowed us to use the tube and walk to everywhere we went during our stay.
