This nice family vacation house is recently renovated & sleeps 8 max., 3 queens and 2 futons in den, pet friendly & Free WiFi! Great location! 2-min. walk to Sound or Ocean and old Frisco Pier. Great Fishing & Surfing, & located in a very nice upscale neighborhood! Walk to Quarterdeck seafood restaurant! Pet Friendly! Cozy, Affordable, close to beach & perfect for family vacation! New roof & new crows nest on top of house & roof in 2015! Great rates, location & views of ocean and sound! Great surfing and fishing location by old Hatteras / Frisco pier behind house.

Drive north of Cape Hatteras.

This Outer Bank (OBX) 3BR/2BA raised beach house is for rent by owner. House sleeps 8 max., 1152 square feet and is 3rd row to ocean & 2nd row row to sound. Great location with ocean and sound views. Very close to Frisco Pier. 1-2 min. Walk from house to ocean or sound. House behind Frisco Pier! Located on NC 12 just north of Cape Hatteras Pier in Frisco. (oceanside nc 12). Approx. 10 minute drive north of the Ocracoke ferry! Approx. 15 minute drive south of Cape Hatteras lighthouse! Great sailboarding, surfing and fishing in OBX in one of the most remote spots on the NC east coast! Great views and location! Pet Friendly! Free WiFi!

Our 'Fin&Tonic' rental beach house was recently remodeled and upgraded From 2012-216. All new beachy furniture, appliances and decor in house. House is 3rd row to ocean & 2nd row row to sound. Great location with some ocean views and great sound views. 2-min. walk to Frisco Pier. 1-2 min. Walk from house to either ocean or sound. Public beach access behind house. Monthly, weekly and 3-night min. rentals from Oct - March only.

Owner's Response: Yes, house built in late 50's As shown on a septic tank drawing. We've owned it since 2012. Spectacular location & views of Sound & Ocean! Great crows nest on top of house. Renter accepts our house as Is.
