We invite you to come and relax in our beautiful new 1,200 square foot high-tech town-home with an over-sized & heated 1 car garage. You'll love the quiet setting of this end unit tucked back into the trees with no one above or below you, and conveniently located just 1 mile above downtown Fraser, 3 miles from the town of Winter Park and just 6 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort. There is hiking, biking and snowshoeing right outside your front door.

Your “Master Retreat” sits on the third floor and features a king size bed with a plush Sealy Posturepedic mattress you can fade into after a long day of skiing or hiking, a dresser with cedar lined drawers, nightstand, walk-in closet and an attached master bath providing an oasis of privacy.

The “Aspen Room” features a uniquely designed aspen bunk bed with a queen size plush Sealy Posturepedic mattress on the bottom and an extended twin size Doctor’s Choice mattress on the top bunk, a 6 drawer dresser, and log stump nightstand. The 2nd full bath is conveniently located just outside your door.

The exquisite kitchen features hardwood floors, a breakfast bar that comfortably seats 6, stainless steel appliances, and all of the kitchen utensils you could possibly need for a weeklong stay in the mountains. Plus a few additional items: waffle iron, 7 qt. crock-pot, spice rack, gourmet coffee maker and a traditional teapot for our European guests who enjoy their afternoon tea.

Our living room sits on the second floor and is distinctively “Moosey” with a rich brown leather couch & loveseat situated around a gas log fireplace. The couch is a queen size sleeper with an upgraded memory foam mattress. This main floor also has a half bath and deck with a gas grill.

Our goal is that your stay will create as many wonderful, memorable moments as it has for our family.

We’re a family of 4, living in the Colorado Springs area since 1995, having moved here from Iowa & Oklahoma. We have two children who are native-born Coloradans and take for granted the amazing beauty of our state. Our family enjoys hiking, skiing, golf, swimming, fishing, boating and biking.

Why John & Angela Patrick chose Fraser

It is less than a two hour driving distance from our home and we love the small town atmosphere that has been lost at most of the ski mountains in Colorado, but still exists here in Winter Park & Fraser. It has world-class skiing and the wildlife in the area provides ample opportunities for me to pursue my passion for photography. We are an active family and we chose this place because there is so much you can do in Grand County.

What makes this townhome unique

This is one of the newest townhome communities in the Winter Park area. All of our furnishings are brand new in late 2012.

This townhouse was all we could ask for!! Great views and we'll stocked! Great for our family of 6!

John and Angela have an amazing townhouse in the nice little town of Fraser, CO. Our family of 6 felt right at home. There was plenty of room for all of us and the house was well stocked with all the nessesitites! All we had to get was food! John was great at communicating with me before during and after our visit. He provided great tips on where to spot wildlife and some other cool places to check out. We will be booking this townhouse again!!

Winter fun in Fraser

This was a great property! We have stayed in the area 6 times in the last couple years and this home met all of our needs and then some! It was definitely one of our favorites! The kitchen was large and we had everything we needed. The fireplace warmed everything up nicely after skiing all day. Plenty of room for my family! Enjoyed the location and the amenities! Owners checked in with us on arrival day to make sure everything was going okay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place

We had a great time in this condo. It was conveniently located for skiing and tubing. The owners were quick to respond with any questions. Everything was nice, clean and the decor was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again, thanks so much!

Very Nice

This is my second consecutive year at this property. The fact that I returned for an extended stay exceeding two weeks should provide my overall impression of the property. Well maintained and equipped for those who eat in and cook their own meals.

I am a visitor to Winter Park every ski season and have been for over 15 years. I have stayed many different places and this is one of the nicest, as it is a warm and cozy place to escape the winter weather each evening. Very well stocked with all the necessities and conveniently located. I would recommend to anyone seeking a nice, comfortable place to stay in the Winter Park/Frasher area. This place has it all!!

Winter Park and the Fraser Valley are a wonderful family destination and a central location for all Grand County has to offer. It’s the reason we chose the area for our vacation home. Our town home is just 6 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort (consistently rated as one of the top ski destination in North America) and 13 miles from Sol Vista, a smaller mountain geared toward families. Both resorts offer year-round activities like skiing, mountain biking, Alpine Slide, sledding & hiking. The town of Fraser boasts 2 snow tubing hills with lift service.

We are 31 miles from Grand Lake and the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Devils Thumb Resort is 3 miles from away and offers thousands of acres for cross-county skiing, fishing, biking and horseback riding.
