About Mike

We purchased this property in 2013 and embarked on a complete top-to-bottom renovation. No expense was spared in terms of upgrades (slab granite, new fixtures, berber carpet)) or guest amenities (3 HD TVs, upgraded linens and beds). We fell in love with the location which is steps from City Park and so close to downtown.

Why Mike chose Denver

The townhouse is three levels plus underground parking with remote access below. It features 4 traditional bedrooms (all have bathrooms en-suite) an additional Study with private door and great balcony which can be used as a bedroom ( 5 private sleeping rooms), and 5 bathrooms. It is a great value and luxury for a family or travelers looking to share accommodations. It features three private outdoor areas, two of which are balconies facing west with views of the hospitals and a peek of downtown. It is extremely quiet yet very well-located.

For comfort, there is high speed internet and full cable.

Home away from home

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. There were 8 of us that came for our nephew's wedding. We had plenty of space. Very clean and well equipped with everything you would need to cook and feel at home. Loved the welcome basket with lots of goodies and necessities. So nice to not worry about paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. Mike couldn't have been more gracious and attentive. Responded very quickly to any questions we had. If I find myself in Denver again, I would definitely stay there and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks Mike for making our stay in Denver feel like home!

Very nice home. Plenty of space and well stocked with necessities other places don't have.

We enjoyed the home very much. Plenty of space for us and our children and grandchildren. Very clean and well kept.

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had every bowl, pan, and pot we needed to make meals. Plenty of dinner and sliver ware also.

It was well located so we could go do things in the morning, come home at noon , eat and take a nap and still have plenty of time in the

afternoon to go back to whatever attraction we were at. Thank you Mike for a comfortable home away from home. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially those who want that break in the middle of the day because it is so close to many attractions (Zoo, Museum, and Elitches and down town

10/10 Great House! Great Location!!

Stayed here for a get together with several friends. This house accommodated us perfectly. Had ample kitchen space and appliances for group meals. Was ideally located for activities in the nearby park. Drive time wasn't bad for other activities in Denver.

Very nice home in great location!

If you plan to visit Denver, this home is in a great location. Easy to get downtown Denver and a block away from the beautiful City Park. Huge park with Denver Zoo, trails, pond, and museum. The home is very clean and is as shown in the pictures. However the picture of the front outside of the building is not the actual unit. The unit is on the other end of the building overlooking the alley. Parking was great in the garage, beds were very comfortable, plenty of room to spread out, and owner was very responsive, A very charming neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to St. Marks every morning for coffee. I would say that the carpeting did have some stains mainly in the MBR. Also the inside of the fridge should have been wiped down better. However, the is a very nice home and I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great experience and would stay here again.

We were in Denver for my son's wedding, and we chose the condo because it was near the church and reception venue. The nine members of my family with me loved the location because it is within easy walking distance of City Park and restaurants and bars on 17th Street.

The townhouse is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice. The neighborhood is great, and street parking was not a problem. The kitchen is well-stocked as far as dishes, pots and pans. Mike quickly responded to the questions I had before traveling to Denver.

The townhouse is also a great value. The price is a good match to what you get. I highly recommend the townhouse and would certainly stay here again.

Great rental experience

Mike's property was perfect for our family gathering in Denver for a niece's wedding. The bedroom and bath layout accommodated our three-generational group of five adults and four children very well. We appreciated the items stocked in the kitchen like cooking spices, condiments in the refrigerator, ample paper products and the extra linens. The location was excellent for us. We walked to the zoo and museum in City Park and used Uber for longer trips. We found good restaurants within walking distance on 17th St. There was nearby street parking for the few guests that visited us.

In preparation for the visit I found Mike very responsive to my questions and flexible in accommodating our requests. While we had no need to contact him during our visit, I felt confident that he would be readily available. I would highly recommend the property to anyone except those with mobility issues given the number of stairs.

Adjacent to City Park one of America's most spectacular urban parks. Activities include golf, tennis, jogging, biking, Museum of Natural History, Planetarium, zoo, Imax, lakes with paddleboats, etc.

Denver's restaurant row on 17th street is a short walk from the property and includes many of Denver's best restaurants including, Vine Street Pub, Strings, Parallel 17, Lime, Watercourse (vegetarian), etc. They offer some of the best happy hours (try Parallel 17's Vietnamese egg rolls and Strings' reduced price gourmet wines).

Within walking distance are a new independent cinema multiplex, Tattered Cover bookstore and an off-leash dog park.

Downtown Denver, Cherry Creek shopping area, and countless other attractions are a few minutes by car or bike route.

The townhouse is walkable to Presbyterian/St. Lukes hospital, St. Josephs and is a short drive from National Jewish and Denver Health.
