About Mike

We purchased this property in 2014 and embarked on a complete top-to-bottom renovation. No expense was spared in terms of upgrades (slab granite, new fixtures, berber carpet)) or guest amenities (3 HD TVs, upgraded linens and beds). We fell in love with the location which is steps from City Park and so close to downtown.

Why Mike chose City Park West

The townhouse is three levels plus underground parking with remote access below. It features 4 traditional bedrooms (all have bathrooms en-suite) an additional Study with private door and great balcony which can be used as a bedroom ( 5 private sleeping rooms), and 5 bathrooms. In addition, there is a comfortable pull out sofa in the living room. It is a great value and luxury for a family or travelers looking to share accommodations. It features three private outdoor areas, two of which are balconies facing west with views of the hospitals and a peek of downtown. It is extremely quiet yet very well-located.

For comfort, there is high speed internet and full premium cable.

Great family celebration location.

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving 2017 here. We had a delightful stay partly because of this beautiful townhouse and partly because of Denver's exceptional weather. We were able to walk to City park each day with the grandkids & dog, take in the Denver Zoo Lights (upon Mike's suggestion) and then enjoyed a 30 minute drive to Red Rocks. The home was very clean, well appointed, convenient location and the owner was very accommodating and timely in my contact with him. Having a bathroom off each bedroom was such a convenience. The owner even had the Pack N Play set up as well as a brand new high chair! So thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this property.

The place was great and in a very convenient area

Had everything we needed to accompany my girlfriend, myself, and our friends. The space inside was more than enough and parking was no problem. Very clean inside with three different balconies to get a feel of the cool weather. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place for enjoying Denver

Everything about our stay was great. The owner is responsive and professional. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The decorating and added bonus of private bathrooms for each room is awesome. For experiencing city life, this pace is perfect. One recommendation, driving a Ford F-150 king cab (which I did) is NOT the right vehicle for city life and parking. Smaller cars are recommended. 2 thumbs up!

Great House. Super cool Neighborhood.

This place was awesome. No issues whatsoever with anything. The rooms were great. The bathrooms were very clean. Really quiet neighborhood at night.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the neighborhood was also really cool. Lots to do and a cheap Lyft ride to anywhere you might want to go in the city.

Adjacent to City Park one of America's most spectacular urban parks. Activities include golf, tennis, jogging, biking, Museum of Natural History, Planetarium, zoo, Imax, lakes with paddleboats, etc.

Denver's restaurant row on 17th street is a short walk from the property and includes many of Denver's best restaurants including, Vine Street Pub, Strings, Parallel 17, Lime, Watercourse (vegetarian), etc. They offer some of the best happy hours (try Parallel 17's Vietnamese egg rolls and Strings' reduced price gourmet wines).

Within walking distance are a new independent cinema multiplex, Tattered Cover bookstore and an off-leash dog park.
