This lovely Moraira property and setting is on the lower floor of a large villa overlooking the pool and comprising of 2 good sized bedrooms and 1 shower room. Bedroom 1 with extra large bed, bedroom 2 with twin beds which can be made up as singles or as one extra large bed. Bedroom one benefits from valley views, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of draws as well as easy chairs. Bedroom 2 can be made up as 2 single beds if preferred. There is also the option of a extra bed for a child and cot if required. The newly fitted bathroom is very modern with vanity unit, hydro-massage shower cubicle and toilet. The well equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and microwave plus a separate utility room with washing machine located at pool level. There are also table and chairs here.

A circular lounge-diner with free to view channels, TV, radio/DVD, dining suite table and 6 chairs, sofa and armchairs makes it a well presented and comfortable well used area.

There are cooling fans in all the rooms and for the winter the villa has full gas central heating. All the accommodation is on one level with only a few steps down to the pool and terrace.

Also supplied for your arrival is a free welcome pack, to help you relax after your long journey.

** The owner lives on the top floor of the villa only - with a terrace, BBQ etc and carport at this level - opening on to a different street - not affecting visitors' privacy or pool usage (which is situated outside the lower apartment). However on hand if required! **

The apartment exterior has great outdoor space and after stepping down to the outside area you will want to spend a lot of time here with lovely rectangle 8m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps ,(for visitors'private use) large sunny terrace area with outdoor furniture and sun loungers/parasols plus covered naya, perfect for dining 'al fresco' style as there is a large BBQ kitchen and bar area. There is also in utility room near to the pool area a toilet and wash basin.

NOTE: For extended families Casa Delphins is another villa next door from this villa so can accommodate a further 6 people totalling 10 persons if required.

The small and picturesque coastal town of Moraira is blessed with unspoilt scenery, subtropical climate, sandy beaches, impressive marina, architectural landscapes, local open markets, fabulous views and an excellent variety of local restaurants and bars. The bright lights of Benidorm are less than 45 minutes drive away as are the theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar (Sea World) and Terra Mitica, well worth it for a great family day out, as are the beautiful hillsides of the Jalon and Orba valleys.

It was our second stay at Villa Mantilla and that in its self speaks volumes.

Fantastically located in a quiet area but within easy distance of Moraira. Large spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen . Nothing is too much trouble for your host Jean and she provided local knowledge and places to visit.

Spotlessly clean and outside areas well lit for late returns!

Saving for visit number three!!!

Review of Villa Mantilla - spacious and inviting!

A lovely, inviting villa, with everything you need and much more. The interior is light and spacious, with fans and blinds to cool down the rooms. There is a good sized private swimming pool with lots of outdoor areas for relaxation, barbecues etc. Our children, toddlers when we first stayed at Villa Mantilla, are now teenagers and can't wait to go again! Lots of attractions for all ages nearby, and beautiful clean beaches.

We would thoroughly recommend this villa!

Winter holiday!

The house is midway between Calpe and Moraira so there are two choices of the larger busier holiday towns to visit, though there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops along the coast road between them. The villa is located within easy walking distance to the small quiet local beaches,

This is a lovely spacious apartment and Jean was always helpful and on-hand if needed.

The welcome pack was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

We will be returning again!

BEST kept secret treasure!

We cannot begin to describe our good fortune to have stumbled on Villa Mantilla.

After many years of holidaying in Moraira, we found Jean! A beautiful villa, homely, comfortable, and every conceivable need met, a true home from home,

Jean strikes a perfect balance, there when you need her, yet allows you your space. Jean really cares, she gave us a wonderful tapas evening on our last night.

We would (and have) recommend her to our family and friends, and we have already re-booked for next year.

Good value for your money.

Located in a quiet residential area situated less than 10 mins drive to Moraira and Calpe where you will find two fabulous sandy beaches and within 2 mins drive / 10 mins walk to the supermarket and beach. Approx, 10 mins drive to the nearest golf course, scuba diving centre and sailing school. Moraira is a pretty fishing village, with strict building regulations in force, so there are no high rise buildings here. The people are renowned for their friendliness and with a coastline that stretches for 8km you will be spoilt for a choice of bars and excellent restaurants. You can walk along the palm fringed seafront, past the castle and numerous beaches, choose from rocks, pebbles or sand. The main sandy beach l'Ampolla is situated at the foot of the castle and is patrolled by lifeguards, there are excellent facilities here including childrens play area, restaurants, bar and various watersports.There is a weekly market & it is approx 20 mins drive to Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.The balance is payable 8 weeks before start of rental period.
A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required, to be returned once a full villa inspection has been made.
Directions will be emailed 2 weeks prior to departure. Keys will be available on arrival at the villa.
The rental charges cover water, electricity, gas, pre arrival cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, hand towels & weekly pool maintenance.

Changeover day available any day of the week. The villa is available from 4.00 pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on your day of departure unless agreed otherwise.
