It has been refurbished to a high standard and boasts modern amenities including modern Italian leather suite, butterfly fold away dining table, Satellite TV. Free Wi Fi Modern fitted Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Master bedroom with fitted cupboard and colour television. Second bedroom has 2 single beds. Bathroom has bath/shower. Fully enclosed rear garden with BBQ and patio furniture.Garden hut for storage of cycles,golf clubs,skis etc.Off Road parking for 2 cars. Sorry no pets allowed. Bed Linen is supplied. Please bring your own Towels.Price per week includes electricity charges.

Cosy and comfortable

We enjoyed our short break in this house on the edge of the golf course. The house was clean and had everything you need and we were pleased to find that there was also wifi and parking in the driveway . ( Don't think either were mentioned in the initial description). Only down thing was stepping in and out of the bath to shower. It could have been slippery with nothing to grab hold off!! Pleasant garden to sit in and lots of enjoyable walking nearby. Would definitely return

Golf Cottage Aviemore - Great Base for Exploring

This is a great little house, in a good location right in the heart of Aviemore, with easy access to all the surrounding areas and attractions. Quiet and easy to find location, the property itself is immaculate and very well presented in a modern, comfortable style. It has everything you would need for a short-break self catering holiday. Extremely good value also. We are a family with 2 young children and they also loved the little garden, which is a pleasant outdoor space. We are hoping to visit again in the near future.

This nice little house has all what someone needs. It was well maintained.

There could be more information about waste separation and which waste in which dustbin.

On our next holiday in Scotland this could be our holiday home again.

Home from Home

We have been holidaying in Aviemore for 15 years now and I would say that the decor of this bungalow is up to the standard of some of the newer apartments and houses we have stayed in. Myself and my two daughters spent a relaxing 4 nights over February half term, the bungalow is as described, very easy to locate on the estate, easy key collection from the managers who are also on hand should there be any problems (there was no hot water on arrival) they came straight round to turn the immersion on for us and were very friendly. Having sky tv is a bonus if you want an evening in. All the beds are very comfortable, lots of kitchen utensils should you wish to cook. Nice little garden for summer bbq's. Aviemore village is an easy half hour walk down the back road through the estate. We took the train into Inverness for some shopping,children go free. Would recommend Roos Leap, nice food and staff very friendly. Also great food as always at the Cairngorm Hotel, huge portions, try the highland buffet on Thursday evenings, and roast on Sunday, they have kids meals, young teens meals and over 55's. Breakfast is alsovery good there. My 11 year old had a young teens meal a couple of times and it was huge! Would definitely recommed to friends and hope to go back in October.

A cracking little cottage

My wife and I and 2 friends stayed here for 4 nights in Feb 2013 and had a great time. The cottage has obviously been recently and tastefully redecorated and refurbished, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Aviemore town centre is just over a mile away and a short drive or easy walk for a bunch of mountaineers. The beds were comfy and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Why would you stay in a hostel or even an hotel when you can have all your home comforts for such a decent price, especially with 4 sharing. We will be back.

A cosy cottage with great facilities

Great facilities including a dishwasher, washing-machine and cable TV. The cottage is well maintained, clean, cosy and in a great location. We very much enjoyed are stay there.
