Clean and well presented home, very nice
Very clean and nice house. The storage heaters heat the house up quick. Great location in quite area of Aviemore. Would recommend to others.
We do try and keep the house maintained to a high standard for the comfort of all guests.

Nice property nice location for all amenities , town centre , lochs round about , the mountain ranges , and day trips , including the highland wildlife park.

Aviemore First Timers
A great little property for three of us. Pretty much exactly as photos depicted with a little more storage space in twin bedroom than we expected. Only real limitation was room to fully erect the foldaway dining table; we placed it in kitchen and managed with just one half out to allow just enough room for three to eat and still move around kitchen. We did eat some meals in lounge as TV dinners. Some dinner trays would make this easier for future guests. A great location for walking into Aviemore centre and accessing the linking trails by foot and/or bike to explore the beautiful natural attractions without getting in the car. We would be happy to arrange a repeat stay.
Well equipped and the perfect base for hill walking.
Very comfortable and well equipped house to come back to after a day in the hills. It was a very warm week, and the private back garden was just right for sitting out on the warm evenings.
The cottage was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. It was in a quiet part of the town. The owner was always prompt in responding.
golf cottage was a warm and an inviting bungalow in the Dalfaber area.
i found the house very cosy with effective heating - and as snowing while we were there it did the job keeping us warm.
a few home comforts would have gotten the cottage full marks. eg hairdryer, electric blankets, oven gloves.

The area is also excellent for the nature lover with the Cairngorm National Park on your doorstep, this offers many different species of wild birds and animals such as the Pine Martin,grouse ,ptarmiganand the famous Ospreys.If you are a keen Golfer Golf cottage offers two courses within walking distance:Dalfaber a nine hole family friendly course and The spey Valley Championship course about 200 yards away. The area is also excellent for walking and cycling with many cycle routes and designated walks. The city of Inverness is only 30 miles to the north with modern shopping facilities cinema theater etc. There are many buildings and sites of historic interest nearby.
