Located in Ilfracombe, North Devon, this beautiful, third floor, privately owned apartment, situated in a grade II listed Georgian terrace has far reaching views across the sea and town beyond.

Clarian is a Visit Britain inspected, 4 star rated property so you can be assured of our excellent standards. It has 2 bedrooms, and can sleep up to four people. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. It has comfortable furnishings, fixtures and fittings and is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The apartment boasts a TV, free WiFi, DVD & CD player, microwave oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and full central heating. It has the added benefit of its own private parking space.

Only a few minutes stroll to the harbour, tunnels beaches, local shops and restaurants.

Great location with lovely views to sea and harbour

Just back from a weeks family holiday which we all really enjoyed.

This top floor appartment has all you need for a relaxing break, great location, comfortable accommodation TVs / DVD & Wi-Fi. The Kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms have plenty of storage and beds are comfy. Bathroom has overhead shower and is very clean and bright.

Having a parking spot is a big positive as parking is limited.

Out and about you have a choice of local beaches lots of places to eat as a family or a couple. There are plenty of boat trips and good walks plus aquarium museum and cinema. Surfing is available at Woolercombe with lessons for all ages . There are many attractions in the locality to suit all tastes and age groups so regardless of the weather you will have a great holiday.

Clairian apartment

Nicely presented little apartment with great view of the sea and surrounding Ilfracombe area. Would be quite cosy for a family of four but fine for two adults and a baby. Access is via steep steps but not a problem if you're reasonably fit. The apartment was well furnished and clean. The owners kindly provided a travel cot and high chair which helped us out a lot. The mattress on the double bed was a little soft and springy but still comfortable. The bathroom ceiling is quite low and I hit my head several times a day getting in and out of the shower (although I am quite clumsy at the best of times!) The hot water in the shower fluctuated a bit due to the combi boiler. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and there is lots to do in and around Ilfracombe.

Comfortable flat and good location

The flat was very comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Good location and quiet neighbourhood.

We found it difficult to open the door on our arrival. We couldn’t get hold of the housekeeper on the number provided, but we managed to enter the property in the end.

Our stay at the clarion Appartment.

One more handrail at the top of the narrow stairs would be helpful, but the rest of the stay was enjoyable and the view from the windows were fabulous. The apartment was well equipped and clean and the beds were comfortable.

Lovely little apartment

The apartment itself was perfect. A good size and everything had been thought of. It comfortably housed four adults for our time in Ilfracombe.

The stairs down to the front door are pretty steep and having the top (third) floor apartment was a little challenging, especially with luggage! The final flight of stairs are very tight and steep but thankfully with busy days you only really need to climb up at the end of each day.

The apartment and communal areas were very clean and well kept too.

The perfect retreat.

Just a few minutes stroll from the apartment; you will find the harbour, theatre, tunnels beaches and a wide variety of shops and restaurants including the artist Damien Hirst's restaurant 'The Quay'. Clarian is ideally located for beach lovers and surfers. In just a 10 minute drive you can be enjoying the golden sandy beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde. With Ilfracombe being situated on the outskirts of Exmoor National Park it also makes the ideal base for keen walkers of all levels and the nearby Tarka Trail offers over 180 miles of breathtaking scenery for both walkers and cyclists.
