This luxury holiday home offers accommodation for 10 guests-a spacious lounge and dining room with full UK TV, a huge kitchen / breakfast room, 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large secluded terrace and 12 x 6 flood-lit pool. It has been furnished and equipped to a high standard with all rooms, terrace and pool provided on one level for that perfect family holiday. This stunning villa, set in the prestigious La Guardia Park, has a superb location with several restaurants, supermarkets and tennis courts a few minutes walk away and the sandy Arenal beach, port and town just 5 minutes by car. Although it is a perfect villa for families with no disabilities it has the added advantage of being suitable for the older or infirm members of the family who are unsteady on their feet or who have difficulty in getting around and has been carefully designed and equipped to the highest standard to meet the needs of wheelchair guests who wish to holiday with complete freedom. No steps!

Superb Location: A Superb Location: La Guardia Park is a very green and sought-after area of Javea and as our guests you have immediate access to spectacular walks amongst this magnificent scenery - attractions that other holidaymakers make a special journey for. The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is a haven of peace and tranquillity from the summer hustle and bustle, yet within easy reach of all the holiday facilities that Javea has to offer. The grounds of the villa are totally enclosed and has substantial planting all the way round with a range of colourful Mediterranean flowering shrubs as well as a number of individual specimen plants and trees. With around 320 days of sun throughout the year the villa has been positioned to ensure maximum dawn to dusk sun on the pool and terrace and provides an ideal environment for complete rest and relaxation.

Golf: Golf: The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than an hours drive. Javea itself has 2 – the internationally renowned 18-hole course La Sella which is less than 20 minutes away and a 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the 'landmark' Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses at Moraira and Altea and a new 18-hole Seve Balesteros designed course at Oliva around 30 minutes away. There are also very good courses at Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind a drive before a round.

We built this house and we lived here until 2006; when we returned to England we decided to keep the villa and rent it out for others to enjoy and it enables us to keep the villa. The villa was build with a wheelchair user in mind. We have a pool hoist but it is removable for those who dont need it! we and many of our family and friends have enjoyed many holidays here and hope to for years to come. We hope you enjoy your holiday here.

We had this property built. we chose the plot for privacy and because it was flat for a wheelchair user! We had another property nearby but sold that in favour of this one.

What makes this villa unique

This home is so peaceful and tranquil, the gardens are very colourful and I have made some great lemonade from the lemon trees.! Its a totally different home to the one in England and once there you dont want to leave!

What a fab villa and a great holiday. The pool was fantastic! The children had a brilliant time. We played board games we haven't played for years and it was great family fun! The villa is exceptionally well equipped and very peaceful and private. The area is beautiful. We took some fabulous photos of all the family and some great scenery. I cant wait to go back! Thank you.

The shower is a large cubicle (roll in / walk in shower) very spacious. The toilet allows right side transfer for wheelchair users and has a grab rail to assist. Bathroom 2 is en suite with full bath and over shower with glass shower door. Bathroom 3 is the house bathroom which is a full bathroom with bath / shower /sink / toilet/ bidet.

There is ample space for a hoist if necessary and hire can be arranged locally. A cot can be provided with notice. Bathroom towels And bedding are included in the rental. Beach towels are not however we are looking into this.

Excellent excellent excellent. We could not fault anything about this beautiful Villa. It met all our needs and much more. Quiet, relaxing, spacious and the most amazing pool. Our party of 3 families enjoyed every aspect of our holiday. Would highly recommend to all.

This was my third stay at this Villa. Had the most wonderful holiday. It is located in a quiet residential area and the Villa is very private. It is like home from home but with a pool and the sun. Very well equipped. All rooms are spacious. Just perfect to relax and unwind. Already planning our return trip next year. Highly recommended. Jackie Brock

Perfect Spain Villa

The villa was the perfect place to stay in Javea. It is 10 minutes from the main Arenal beach and shops. It is also 5-10 minutes from numerous other beaches in the area with breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding mountains.The villa, situated on a quiet cul-de-sac was beautiful and comfortably accommodated 10 people. The owner and property team were a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone interested in visiting Javea.

Hi, we are just back from a fantastic week in this lovely villa. The family consisted of 8 adults and one14yr old. The villa is an excellent standard with all mod cons you would require. It was spacious inside and out. Plenty of sunbeds and large dining areas. The pool was larger than expected a very good size ( we could all fit in at the same time !! ), and my stepson loved it. Villa is very well kept. We are already planning our next trip for 2011. Very good communication from owners and very reasonably priced. Car is however essential. Would recommend.

Perfect Villa

I stayed and had a fabulous holiday at this beautiful villa with six other family/friends.

Within walking/wheeling distance of a number of bars and restaurants and only a short drive from hundreds of them! Beautiful beaches also a short drive but the pool is so fantastic there really is no need.

As a disabled person and full time wheelchair user it is always a worry when booking a holiday described as 'suitable' for disabled guests. Have no worry, this place meets every need you may have.

I will be booking again shortly!

Changeover dates can be flexible. A full security deposit is taken at booking of £200 and returned once you have left the villa without any damages. (this does not include the odd broken cup or glass we accept this happens. excessive breakages and excessive cleaning costs maybe deducted)
Winter fuel payments are a separate charge! Early bookings and two or more week bookings will be discounted.

A deposit of approx 20% is required on booking and is not refundable: The balance is due approx 8 weeks prior to the holiday. We accept payment via sterling, euro or paypal

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
