Across the street from Pegleg Pete's Restaurant, and about 1 mile from the Pensacola Beach fishing pier, this condo has quick access to the heart of Pensacola Beach. Fully equipped with king-size bedroom, kitchen with oven/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and microwave, washer-dryer, cable TV, wireless internet, and central heat & air. Living area has two queen-size sofa sleepers and counter bar with bar stools. Condo has both stairs and elevator. Just a short walk down the beach from Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, the PB Fishing Pier, and more!

About William Campbell

I grew up here, and my wife is from New Orleans. We currently live in Gulf Breeze with our daughter. I spent many years surfing, fishing, and boating on the local waters here, and I love this place more than anyplace in the world.

William Campbell purchased this condo in 2005

Why William Campbell chose North West Florida

This condo was owned by my mother, who was originally from Valley, Alabama, and moved here with my father when I was only 1 year old. She loved to spend time on the Gulf of Mexico, and often told me that 'there is no place on earth that looks like this beach.' I inherited it when I lost her, and I've been renting it ever since.

What makes this condo unique

This property is close enough to the center of activity on the island to be practical for the visitor, and yet removed just enough to offer privacy. It gives the visitor the best of all worlds. And there's a great seafood restaurant and bar right across the street, as well as a convenience store. If you walk down the beach to the east, you will quickly come to the center of activity. And if you walk to the west, you will further remove yourself from that activity. It is a family-oriented setting, and is not for those looking for a loud party. It is more for those looking for a quiet family getaway.

Clean condo with spectacular view !

We loved this condo so much we stayed in it again this year. It has some of the best views on the entire Island. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful, it's conveniently located across the street from a full 24 hr convenience store and Peg Leg Pete's which is a fantastic restaurant . Comfortable master bedroom, sporadic dolphin sightings from the back balcony, and a trolley stop right out front. We also enjoyed having a garage to put our car in. Overall a great place and hope to come back next year.

The best place and location

This place had everything we needed! It was the perfect location just a few steps away from the beach. The condo itself was really nice. It had all the dishes, excellent mattress, and great ac unit. We didn't encounter one problem while we stayed and will definitely book this condo again. The owner was most helpful answering my questions before we came as well. Amazing trip!!!

Would stay again

The condo was great right on the beach great location not crowded. Parking is tight big suv might not fit. I know beds are up to your choice but the mattress could be updated to soft for us.

Clean condo and great location

The unit is clean with a beautiful view of the beach and just across the street from Peg Leg Pete's. It was just the right size for the two of us, although with two sleeper sofas, you can sleep six. We thought the air conditioner made an exceptional amount of noise when it kicked on. They sent someone to check it out, but when we kept hearing the noise, we decided it may be a unit for another condo. We did hear water dripping on the furnace in the hall closet when it rained, but I folded up some paper towels which took care of the plinking sound.

You may want to bring some dish clothes and dish towels, as well as bath towels and wash clothes. There is a washer and dryer in the unit though, so you can keep washing them.

The photos on VRBO are accurate.

We always enjoy our stay at the Seahorse condos! As if the location, friendly residents and beautiful views aren't enough, being able to include our pets in the family vacation makes it a perfect stay! We already have another reservation in the fall, and can't wait!!

Great place to see and be on the beach!

What a nice week we had at this condo! Waking up to coffee on the deck RIGHT ON the beach was really ideal. The accommodations were very good with all the necessities including kitchen, washer/dryer, very comfortable mattress and 1.5 bathrooms gave all the privacy needed. Walks on the beach and just sitting at the breakers were some of our most enjoyable.

The Pensacola Air Museum was fantastic (a must to see) and Joe Patti's seafood is the best anywhere!

We plan to return to this very condo next year!
