About the property

Four bedroom villa for 8 people located very close to the town of Pollensa.

This attractive villa is located near the peaceful area of la Font and comfortably furnished in modern style, with a flare of traditional Mallorca. The main entrance leads directly to a spacious yet inviting living/dining room.

Across from it is the kitchen, fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen is provided with lots of natural lighting, and it has direct access to the swimming pool and barbecue area.

The villa has a spacious terrace that was recently modified with wooden beams which create a nice area to get away from the midday sun.

The pool is located after the lawn and the garden; it is a perfect area for children to play, under the shade and with no dangers around.

The bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each one has a great mountain view from their respective windows.

Can Baster is the ideal place to rest and spend a peaceful vacation. Perfect to disconnect from work. Since it is located at the entrance of La Font, there aren't many neighbours around, this endows it great tranquillity.

Fabulous villa

We stayed at C'an Baster for two weeks in June 2018. Our party was 5 adults and two children (3 and 1 year olds). The villa felt really spacious and we were all able to do our own thing. The villa is also well equipped with everything you might need. The outside space and the shelter of the shaded patio made it the perfect place to spend time and was amazing for our little boy who has just started walking to practice his steps. It was perfectly safe for toddlers and the pool area was great. I would definitely recommend a stay at C'an Baster.

A Perfect Quiet Family Getaway

This villa provides everything you would want from a holiday. The villa is set in a rural location not overlooked. It is about a 5 minute drive to the local Eroski and Lidl supermarkets both of which were well stocked. Old town Pollensa is a must to visit for it’s market, restaurants and old world charm.

The villa now has a brand new well equipped kitchen with a separate laundry room. The downstairs living area is a good size. All the bedrooms are of a reasonable size too. There is a gate at the top of the stairs - ideal for families with small children.

The pool is lovely and a good size with depths from 1 metre to 1.9 metres. It is in a large enclosed garden. There is car parking beside the villa with electronic gates to get back on to the main road.

One of the highlights of this villa is the terrace which is very large and covered. The photos not show how large it actually is, most of our time in the villa was spent either on the terrace or in the pool.

A car is must but the villa is a great base for touring the island. WiFi good.

Antonia and Pepe were super hosts between the welcome pack and keeping the place tidy. They also provided an information folder on the local area.

We are a family with two teenagers who can be hard to please, but we all had a fantastic holiday here and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Great villa and Location

Great accommodation and location just outside Pollensa as it is only a 20 minute walk into town. Pool and gardens are well kept and the outside space is vast and very useful.

Perfect holiday hideaway.

We stayed at Can Baster for ten nights and loved every minute of it. We were a party of four adults and two toddlers aged three and twenty months. The outside covered area is amazing and the photos really do not do it justice. As a family we prefer the more rustic villas and this does not disappoint, the bedrooms are spacious and two have ensuites. Pollensa town is a good fifteen minute walk even using the short cut but is well worth a visit.

I would definitely book this villa again as it is in such a beautiful location with open fields and the mountains as a backdrop.

A couple of suggestions that would make it extra special, a welcome basket, even if it is just water,bread and a few basics, bigger bath towels and proper hairdryers.

Beautiful property in a lovely location

We stayed here with six adults and a toddler. The villa is lovely and perfect for outdoor living. The bbq is fantastic and it has two large seating areas on the terrace.

It's in a perfect location - quiet and not overlooked at all so completely peaceful but still near the town and other places to go exploring. Shops nearby to stock up.

The pool was excellent. Ideal facilities for a villa stay - laundry room was useful.

We couldn't get the air con to work initially but the owners were fantastic and came over sorted immediately. This was much appreciated with getting a toddler not used to the heat to sleep. Owners were fantastic to deal with during the stay and beforehand. The happily and quickly answered any questions.

Would really recommend staying here and would be very happy to return!

Sooooo relaxing!

Our party of 5 adults have just returned from a really relaxing week in C'an Baster. The photos do not do this villa justice and Antonia and Pepe were great hosts. The villa is a super size with more than enough room to give everyone their privacy but a lovely setting for chatting over a leisurely lunch or a bottle or two over an evening meal. No complaints over cleanliness and an obviously well loved and looked after property. Our call to Antonia over a problem with the airconditioner had both her and Pepe attending in person within 30 minutes and soon had the problem solved.

We tended to just relax on this holiday but did visit Deia, Cala St Vicente (try Marina's Bar for lunch... omelettes and sardines a speciality at a very reasonable price) as well as Alcudia and Pollenca itself. Our favourite restaurant in Puerto Pollenca is Tango set back a couple of streets back from the Pine Walk. Best for value! We did walk to the restaurant on the corner of our road, handy... but our most expensive meal!

So, a lovely holiday and our only small complaint (I would have given 5 stars!) was no water or milk to make a welcome cup of tea after a long day travelling. They would have been much appreciated! But I would still recommend this lovely villa to anyone for a really relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings, it's magical on an evening with all the lights on!
