We been self-employed most of our lives and specialize in helping people feel better through various wellness products.
Linda or Tom Williams purchased this House in 2004
Why Linda or Tom Williams chose Erie
This property is unique for many reasons. We have a wonderful vista view of the front range mountains, a peaceful Koi pond and waterfall. The apartment on the lower level has its own entrance, deck with furniture and a hammock. Solar panels were recently added to our home, giving us a nearly 100% green energy supply. The facilities are conducive to relaxing, unwinding and enjoying the area. The apartment also includes a common area with sofa bed, big screen HD TV, board games and DVD library. Erie is a small town, but has grown with many great restaurants, breweries and coffee shops.
What makes this House unique
Besides the blood pressure lowering scenery and the quiet, cozy ambiance, you'll find you are centrally located to most of the Front Range activities. Denver, with its museums, nightlife and great shopping is only about 20 minutes away. Boulder, with the University of Colorado, Pearl Street Mall, amazing restaurants, great hiking, biking and other outdoor activities is about 15 minutes. Skiing, mountain climbing and other activities are in easy drive -- including close-to-Red Rocks Amphitheater, Boulder ski resort, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Major ski resorts are about an hour via I-70. Perfect location to view the beautiful fall foliage change in the area -- golden aspen trees galore! You just can't pick a better location. During the summer Erie has a fantastic Farmer's Market every Wednesday evening! Great food and fun!

This was my first time staying on a VRBO with the owners . Linda and Tom were great. Very warm and welcoming. This was a perfect place for our stay. We will be back.
Robert and his brother were exquisite guests! We hardly saw them and never heard them! We’d be delighted to have them back ANYTIME!

I rented property for my family members visit to Colorado for a wedding. The house comfortable and in great location with views of the front range and Boulder valley, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Also enjoyed the pond and natural surroundings open space around the home. The hosts provided a welcoming environment while respecting our privacy, but were available if needed at a moment's text.

Erie: Quaint former mining town (named after Erie, PA where many of the early residents came from). Has wonderful parks, library, rec center, restaurants and walking paths.
Boulder: Less than 20 minutes away, it has hiking at the famous Chautauqua Park at the base of the Flatirons to accommodate both hiking and climbing. Fabulous shopping and restaurants on the Pearl Street Mall -- don't miss the Dushabni Tea House on 13th just two short block from the Pearl St. walking Mall. You'll love the many breweries that call Boulder home!
Denver: Our little "Cow Town" has grown up! Denver has become an international hot spot. The restaurant scene shines with the best of world's cities. Museums, the Denver Mint, the Zoo and the Botanical Gardens are all on the list of must see. Parks, biking trails, walking and hiking are all here!
The Rocky Mountains: Be sure to visit the famous music venue at Red Rocks, either for a concert or just to see the breath-taking view. Estes Park is a little over 40 miles away (about an hour from our house) and gives a fabulous day trip to one of Colorado's most picturesque towns -- lots to do!
Many day trips into the mountains will give you magnificent scenery, great food, hiking and biking galore, 4-wheel adventures and memories for a lifetime.
