Very nice and clean

  • 5 of 5

The property was exactly as advertised. Everything worked. The owner was immediately responsive to all our needs or questions. Our visit to New Orleans was probably the most enjoyable we've ever had, partly due to the accommodations. I would stay at this house again.

So easy in the Big Easy

  • 5 of 5

What a lovely cottage property for two couples! The two large bedrooms, the big bath and wonderful shower, the huge dining room, the cozy front and back porches, and the comfortable living room made this home the perfect refuge during a visit to New Orleans. Jenny was a very attentive accommodating host. It was great to have parking for our rental car and the proximity of her home to public transportation made our stay very easy in the "Big Easy!"

Great stay in the Big Easy

  • 5 of 5

We were visiting New Orleans with another couple for Jazz Fest and the house was a perfect way to enjoy our stay. The house is very comfortable and has a great little screened-in porch off the kitchen, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. It was great to stay in a nice, quiet Uptown neighborhood, which was a perfect escape from the crowds at Jazz Fest and the wild nights in the French Quarter. If you don't mind sharing a bathroom, the house is spacious and conveniently located. We would recommend it highly.

Charming!

  • 5 of 5

The house was even more adorable in person than it looks in the pictures! The house is located in a great little neighborhood. We felt very safe walking to nearby trolley line and local restaurants. Jenny is great to work with and offered very good recommendations of places to go. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for visiting Tulane

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying at this lovely house in a very quiet location. We were visiting Tulane and it was nice to be close to the campus (15 min walk). The house is also only a two block walk from the trolley line which is helpful for getting around. We had no problem using the trolley and uber cars to get around without a car.

The house has very tall ceilings, a lovely front and back porch, beautiful antique furnishings and modern, renovated bathroom (with great lighting as my teenage daughter noted!!). The two bedrooms have plenty of space and the beds are very comfortable.

Jenny has thought of everything to keep guests comfortable. Thanks so much for opening your house to us!

Absolutely perfect!

  • 5 of 5

Couldn't recommend this house any more highly. We spent spring break here with our three year old and six month old, and are thrilled we did. The house is very well-appointed, but without lots of things within the reach of small kids. Kitchen was thoughtfully-stocked, and everything was spotlessly clean. We've always stayed in bed and breakfasts when visiting New Orleans, but the past week has changed our mind on that approach for sure! When you can find a house this comfortable, this convenient to everything, and this reasonable in price--why stay in a b & b?

The owner was very gracious, organized and thoughtful. Can't find anything negative to report, and we're looking forward to staying here again on future trips.
