Lovely yard with lots of room for entertaining and family. Set back from the road with lots of parking. This home has everything. Walk to the village, Highlands golf course, the bike path, and Scargo Lake. This is the quintessential beach home in a great area of Dennis. It has been remodeled with high end coastal decor, stainless and quartz kitchen, looking like it came from a pottery barn catalog. Walk to the theater, library, mercantile, harvest wine bar, restaurants, all that Dennis village has to offer. House is set back from the road with a wonderful backyard complete with deck, patio, fire pit, big outdoor shower, horse shoe pit, all you need for summertime entertaining and fun. It is a great neighborhood for walking, golf, biking and just over a mile or so to beaches and Scargo lake. You will love this home!

Perfect Dennis Family Vacation

We had a magnificent week in Dennis. Gorgeous property and perfectly appointed interior. Easy walk down the hill to Dennis village and a very short drive to the Dennis beaches. Kids loved in and we would stay again!

Decent stay!

Communication with property management company was very good and when we needed help with issues the turn-around time was quick. The property itself seemed a bit unloved (in some areas) and the yard was not in great shape. I also didn't love being on such a busy street with my family and small dog. I would remove the wall-to-wall carpeting on the stairs and second floor and leave a Welcome Book for guests' arrival with points of interest, takeout menus, etc.

Lovely home in great location

Very well maintained and roomy property. Equipped with everything we needed. Minutes from Dennis village and beaches. Made for the perfect base for our cape vacation.
