This beautiful and fully equipped family beach-side home is nestled in a quite and friendly gated community, which features a large refreshing pool just steps away. The house is just under a 2 minute walk, from door to shore, to beautiful Marina Beach as well as to great dining and unique attractions. The central plaza is just a short 15 minute walk. There you can enjoy the Thursday night Art Walk and Sunday farmers markets. And more dining and social options to choose from. Other beach options are very close by.
This modest home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths along with a sofa bed for accommodations for up to 6 guests. This casita is surrounded by a private wooden fence for ultimate privacy.
You can feel and hear the the sounds of the shore from It's tropical relaxing patio during the day or night. With it's 2nd level deck, It is hard to miss sunsets and the glow of the moon during crystal clear Rincon nights. The outdoor shower serves not only for de-sanding after the beach but as an optional refresher during hot sunny days.
The pool is just steps away within the complex, and can be enjoyed by guests of all ages.

Just WOW!

This is a great property! Great location to the beach (2 blocks) and places to eat. Freddie was very great at getting back to you with our questions and although there were a lot of rules (HOAs can be particular) it was much larger than expected. the deck is on top of the patio and the hot tub was wonderful! Highly recommend you try the bagel place a short walk and English Rose. Freddie also made some great recommendations like the Art Fair on Thursdays. Great way to support local artist. Will definitely come back to this location and property. Thanks Freddie!!

The Best

This was our 4th time staying at Casa Shael. We love the Marina area and beach and Casa Shael definitely our favorite place to stay in that area. The amenities of the house are great, it’s always very clean, and the owner is extremely responsive and communicative. You can’t beat it!

We had a wonderful stay in Rincon. Perfect location to all the beaches and downtown. All the amenities you need. Very clean, organized, hot water, back up generator, and safe gated community. Freddie is a wonderful host and always available for any of your needs.

We love Casa Shael

This was the 3rd time we stayed at Casa Sahel & we love it there. There are 4 main reasons why we think it is the best. 1. The Puerto Bahai community of houses that Casa Shael is a part of is an ideal location right behind the marina beach and with easy access to some great restaurants. 2. Every time we've stayed there it's been extremely clean. 3. Casa Shael has a beautiful garden patio that's very well maintained and landscaped. It also has a rooftop deck. 4. The owner of Casa Shael, Freddie, is very attentive to any communications and also very helpful. We've stayed at other places in the neighborhood, and though the location has still been great, the other factors that I've mentioned haven't compared. We love Casa Shael!

Best location in Rincon!

Freddie was an amazing host with his property being an awesome location for guests looking to stay at a house close to the beach. Walking distance away from GREAT restaurants and bars, this house is perfect for anyone looking to have a great trip without having to drive. The property itself was amazing, and had all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. Looking forward to making it back out to Rincon in the future!
