Boasting a covered veranda overlooking the Apalachicola River, and elegant fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances, an open concept living area great for entertaining, a beautiful master suite with luxury bath and all within just a few blocks of everything Apalachicola has to offer in the form of restaurants, shopping, antiquing and more. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large modern kitchen open to the great room, laundry facilities and a private elevator. Enjoy sunrise views over the Apalachicola river from the Veranda.

About Kathy Robinson

The High Cotton Marketplace in which the Swan is located was completed in 2005. Since then the condos on the 2nd floor of each of the 8 commercial/residential units have been either private residences or have had light vacation rental usage. Now Robinson Real Estate Company manages up to 5 of the condos as Apalachicola's Upscale Condo Rentals.

We loved the swan!

We wanted just a short romantic getaway for my husband and myself before Christmas. The Swan was perfect for sightseeing, walking around, and sitting on the balcony watching shrimp boats and bald eagles. The weather was perfect, we ate at The Owl, food was great. We got to meet Richard Beckel, author of the book, The Last Great Bay. Great Book!! The Swan was so clean and master bedroom was so lovely. Perfect Stay, loved it!!

Totally dreamy!

This condo is stunning in every way. Each morning, my husband and I would take our coffee to the deck and watch Apalachicola sunrises, a spectacular tableau of exciting colors. I'm sure Monet would have been moved to capture the beauty. We'd say, this has to be the best place on the whole earth, bar none, to spend quiet grace, reflecting on the past, and dreaming of a future. We're from a state of 'almost heaven'. This spot IS heaven

Great Stay

The property was well kept and in good condition. Plenty of room for two couples to share. The view of the river is slightly obstructed by a few old fisheries that also have some noisy cooling units. The cooling units did not cause any issues with noise inside the condo but we quite loud when sitting on the back patio. Apalachicola is a quaint town best suited for plenty of R&R. We were there for a wedding which held most of the events downtown so the location was perfect. I highly recommend this condo as a great alternative to the mostly outdated hotels in the area.

Convenient Location in Apalachicola

The condo is in an optimal location in town . Restaurants and shops are within easy walking distances. A supermarket, drug store and fuel stations are close by . Driving distances to magnificent beaches are within 30 minutes. The unit was clean, well equipped and quiet inside. The manager was readily available, personable and helpful. The negative was the unrelenting noise from the air compressors of the commercial units of the seafood processing plant across the street.The noise precluded comfortable use of the balcony to enjoy the water view across the street.
