Commanding View of the Sunny Poipu Oceanscape, where luxury & lush surroundings await you at our Poipu Beach Condo!

We recently took over management of our own property so there is a lot of availability! Spectacular Ocean View, 2-story, non-smoking condominium, has over 1200 interior sq. ft. as well as 3 private lanais. It's perfect for one family, or 2 couples. This Poipu Beach condo is located in lush grounds that remind guests of a tropical botanical garden.

Our condo is decorated with a Hawaiian theme, modern yet Island feel. A fully-stocked kitchen with all the amenities, or adjacent is the BBQ area. A 50' LCD TV in the living room with cable and DVD, and free WIFI so you can stay connected. Master bedroom has a flat panel LCD TV.

The Nihi Kai Villas are a short walk to the beach, but are located ocean front. There are tennis courts, a pool and BBQ areas available to guests.

Restaurant Casa Di Amici is a few steps away for award winning food.

We counted 120 paces to the ocean from our condo, and a few more to Brennecke Beach.

What's Nearby?

Nihi Kai 804 is situated just steps from the ocean, and Brennecke Beach is a few yards further. This is a great boogie boarding beach. Another few yards and you will come to Poipu Beach. Poipu Beach was voted #1 beach in the U.S.A. by The Travel Channel. It offers swimming, snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding, playground, restaurant, ice cream shop, surf shop and a baby beach, all within easy walking distance of #804.

Just up the road is The Poipu Shopping Village, where you will find various shops, and some great restaurants. On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm there is a great Polynesian Show in the courtyard. One of our favorite restaurants is Keoki's Paradise, which has a great selection of food. The Old Town of Koloa is a couple of miles down the road, and offers a quaint look back in time, and is home to stores and more restaurants. Further down is Spouting Horn state park, and the arboretum, which are both free to visit.

Just wanted to let you know we really enjoyed our stay at you condo; Ocean View Nihi Kai 804.







It is the best supplied vacation condo, with kitchen and household goods that I have stayed in.







I liked the view through the palm trees out to the ocean.







The welcome platter of fruit and goodies was a very nice touch.







I have to ask, is there some significance to the large painting of the two people that hangs over the stair well? It is a good topic of conversation. The meaning of it all in the painting.

We want to comeback!

We spent two weeks in this condo and stopped spending money halfway through the vacation JUST so we could bring money home and go back again next year....aside from having some loud 'stomper' a couple of days on the floor above us we had the PERFECT vacation...complete with a tropical storm...oh goodness there is nothing else we would have required except it's a good idea to leave extra rolls of TP when someone is staying a full two weeks....the landscapers were also EXTREMELY courteous...we left our extra food for them and they were so grateful...truly we want to return next year and are trying to put it together...you would not be at all disappointed with your stay in this condo...the owner was very pleasant also...

Felt like home for our ohana!

We split our stay recently in Kauai between the South and the North. We loved our stay here! It was warm without AC but we stayed during a time with record highs so that definitely made for warmer days. And to be honest we didn't come to Kauai to spend the afternoon in the Condo. We loved the cushy carpet to relax on and play family games at night, the quiet top of the hill location was wonderful, and we enjoyed coffee on the lanai each morning and watching the sunset from there each night. The mirrored wall made the whole place glow while I was cooking dinner in the evening. Easy parking and a short walk to all the beaches. The welcome basket on arrival was so wonderful to walk into-nice touch! There were sand toys that was perfect for our daughter. It might seem silly but the shower pressure in the master was super strong and was incredibly refreshing after a day of sun block and sand! The downstairs lanai made for a great spot for me to get my yoga sessions in listening to the birds with the distant sounds of the ocean. We have already decided that when we return we hope this place is available! Mahalo!

FURNISHINGS: The accommodation is fully furnished with kitchen items, linens, bath and beach towels, an iron and ironing board, hair dryers, cable TVs with DVD players, and telephones which allow local/Kauai calls at no cost to the visitor. Cable high speed internet access is provided, you will need your own laptop. Calling cards and toll free numbers are recommended for off-island phone calls. Starter-size supplies of soap and paper products are provided. An inventory of all items is taken at time of cleaning, any items missing will be charged to the security deposit, and or credit card on file.
