Apartment very close on foot to City Hall, the beach of Santa Maria and the train station. Totally equipped with air conditioning and heating. At the second floor without lift. All commodities in the area are reachable without having to take the car.
You can go and visit the close by Nature Reserves, like the Alcornocales Park, the Doñana, the Sierra de Grazalema, etc.
Excursions to other beaches along coastline and to the White villages of the Sierra.
Jerez de la Frontera can also be visited, with its wines and horses, Sevilla, Gibraltar..

The area offers a very good gastronomy.
Apartment was well equipped and very clean. Beach chairs supplied and the beautiful beach of Santa Maria a 5 minute walk. Even closer was a great bar overlooking water featuring Flamenco and the best Sangria in town: El Pelicano. There is a large kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. Lovely Plaza de San just a few minutes away offering a selection of restaurants, bars and shops. We were there for 2 weeks and did not need to ask for anything. The owner, Trini has obviously thought it all out in advance and left everything in great order for us. Thank you. Would love to visit again!

This apartment is roomy and comfortable, an easy walk from the train station, and close to the beach and the historic center. The owner, Trini, is very professional and helpful. Highly recommended!
We stayed for two weeks in Cadiz and found this apartment excellent. It is well appointed, and the most is made of all the space. The owner is generous with its furnishings and the kitchen is very well equipped. On the outer periphery of the old city, the apartment is in a quiet location and everywhere is within easy walking distance. The train station and temporary bus station are just five minutes away so a car is by no means a necessity to travel around. Well maintained and easy to keep clean, this is a highly convenient property and good value.
We (four of us including two children aged 6 and 10) spent two weeks in this flat in late July/early August. We found that the information provided about the flat was accurate and the other reviews were helpful. I would add that the flat is very well designed and equipped: there seemed to be plenty of room for us. The building is sympathetically restored and a good space to be in. Apart from one occasion when the local football team was playing live on local TV, the building was very quiet and the neighbours always friendly. The location is excellent. We always felt safe in the area around the flat. It is at the right end of the city for the bus/train station: it is worth noting that the temporary bus station is next to the train station, something to which not all internet guides refer. It is easy to buy food locally. Two Carrefours and a smaller supermarket are within walking distance. We opted not to use restaurants but to buy food from the covered market about ten minutes’ walk away. Quality, choice and value for money are outstanding there. The better of the two beaches is near to the flat. Communication from the owner was always prompt and helpful. She provided a written contract before we set out which gave us peace of mind.
Cadiz was a great holiday destination for us. We could easily mix time on the beach with some of the cultural and historical sites. Our children were able to play with local children in one of the parks and begin to pick up the language. The weather was reliably warm without being stiflingly hot. There was always enough to do. The people we came across were unfailingly polite, courteous and keen to help. In short, Spain at its best.
We stayed in the apartment for a week in the build up to Easter. We have 2 boys, 12 and 15. The apartment is great, no need for a car, can walk to all the sights in Cadiz, and the beach, and market/supermarket. Trini is fantastically helpful and very good at communicating before and during the holiday (but not intrusive!). We would stay here again, and loved the community/family feel of the Easter processions. The food was excellent, the beaches sandy, and the buses/trains really close by. Slightly disappointing having no views, but roof terrace did (where you hang out the washing, but could also sit!)
I spent a week in this apartment with my grown up children just after the Royal Wedding. it is extremely well equipped and beautifully clean. It is just as nice as it looks on the photos!
The owner was very helpful in providing details about buses, trains and taxis as we were arriving on the evening Ryan air flight from Stansted.
Cadiz was fun even though we had three rainy days.
The appartment is situated in the old town. We did not need a car.
Would recommend catching the boat, not the catamaran to Puerta Santa Maria across the bay. Only 10 mins walk to the jetty.
Also the Camera Oscura in the Torre Tavira is excellent as you get to see the whole of Cadiz on the screen.
