This unique 3 bedroom apartment has been elegantly furnished with a modern interior design. It's stylish and comfortable with lovely décor adorning a peaceful and tranquil ambience. Set in the grounds of the owners’ property you will always find someone at hand. It's hillside location displays stunning views of the mountains and provides an uninterrupted flow of constant breeze. All doors and windows have mosquito nets. Breakfast outside on the veranda is a perfect way to start your day. The garden is enriched with mangos, you’re welcome to help yourself. “LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION is the key, it's perfect, just 3 minutes from town, therefore car hire is not essential. Beaches and restaurants are close by with the Carenage, Marina and Harbour even closer. From town you can travel the whole island. Elliz is ideal if you’re looking for somewhere near to all amenities, peace and quite or adventure in paradise with secluded, yet fitting accommodation at an affordable price. Elliz is nestled in the valley of St. George's. It displays a breathtaking view of the mountains and provides a tranquil ambiance which makes it special. It's situated between the Prime Minister and Governor General’s residence in a prestigious residential area just outside town, it's also within walking distance to The National Stadium. The rear entrance of the apartment shares the same grand entrance and stunning view as the Governor General, capturing Grand Anse Beach, The Harbour, Port Louis Marina, The Carenage and a spectacular evening sunset. Its ideal location allows those of you who want to explore the beautiful island to do so with ease, or if not, to sit back and relax. You can either take a bus (stop right outside the apartment) or walk to town where you’ll find the picturesque carenage, market, shopping mall, banks and restaurants. 5 minutes away is The Harbour and Port Louis, a further 10 minutes Grand Anse and other beaches for all diving and snorkelling activities.

There is a great feeling of serenity at 'Elliz'; from the calm oasis of your bedroom to the lovely décor of the living area with the added character of natural drift wood and coral, down to your very own outside dining area on the WOW veranda. The property is privately owned and is secure, it has a private drive and car parking area, it’s secluded and away from the traffic. The living area offers a flat screen TV cable Television, CD’s and books for your enjoyment and relaxation if you wish. The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern open plan design.

Beautifully decorated apartment very clean and lovely views of the valley on the other side of the ridge (that would overlook the harbor). Nothing within walking distance but really close to drive to St Georges, Grand Anse Beach, shopping and restaurants. We had a lovely covered porch that we had cocktail hour every evening. We never used the AC ( it is an extra charge if you want it)as the Island breeze was enough to cool off the master bedroom. My sister in the back bedroom only had one window so it was a little stuffy. Our host gave her a table top fan that worked great. No ceiling fans which was surprising but I guess electric is uber expensive on the Island. We had a wonderful time diving and exploring the Island. Be prepared for a very hilly experience. We never realized that only the beach is flat the rest of the Island is mostly built into the hills. So the rental has 30 or so stairs you have to climb to get from the front door to your car. Still totally worth it. Would stay there again.

Clean and spotless property! Managed by delightful owners, who were willing to help in anyway they could. Only limitation for bigger family or groups is there is one shared bathroom, but this didn’t affect our trip in any way. Would stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you!

Wonderful in every way!

I thoroughly recommend this apartment without hesitation. It is beautifully maintained and in a great location on the top of the hill next to the governor’s mansion. It is surrounded in mature bush and catches the breezes on hot days.

If anything, the photographs don’t do the property justice. It is extremely well equipped, tastefully furnished, decorated to a very high standard and it includes sole use of a vast terrace overlooking the countryside.

Lizzie and Elvis are perfect hosts. They are very supportive, organised and totally trustworthy. They took us to interesting places in their car, and introduced us to some of her friends. They were very discreet but always on hand if needed. You could arrive with nothing if you wanted to, everything is provided.

Grand Anse, Grenada’s most popular beach is about 15 minutes away by car, and there is an excellent bus service giving you access all over the islandif you prefer not to drive. The Centre of St Georges is a 15 minute walk, a beautiful and interesting town.

Lizzie provided all the provisions we needed for the first day and collected us from the airport, free of charge. I don't believe we could have found a better place to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Without doubt this is an exceptional apartment! Stylishly decorated, comfortable, very clean and well-equipped. We spent many happy hours relaxing on the veranda with views of the mountains in the distance. The location is excellent being near to bus stops and a short downhill walk into town to the beach, numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

Could it get any better? Well, yes as the hosts, Liz and Elvis are truly amazing! From booking to meeting us at the airport, communication was faultless. They are such friendly and kind people who went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. Brilliant!

Wonderful apartment and wonderful hosts.

While telling someone of a great place to stay on Grenada I pulled up the listing and to my surprise I didn't see my review! Don't know what happened. So better late than never! My wife and I stayed for a week in February, 2014. Would have loved to have stayed longer, perhaps next time. When looking at pictures of prospective places to stay many places looked staged. These pictures are as it is. It's a wonderful apartment, kept looking like new. The view is amazing and we enjoyed all our meals out on the deck overlooking the valley. The apartment had everything you would need. The nicest touch was the 'welcome basket' of food and drink upon our arrival, basic needs to get you going. Lizzie and Elvis really made us feel welcome. The location is very quiet and close to the bus route. We'd walk down to town and sometimes catch the local bus back. We didn't have a car and found we didn't need one. One day Lizzie and Elvis took us out on a trip around the island, really enjoyed it. On another evening we went out to a beach bar and enjoyed a great evenings entertainment where I believe Sabrina was singing. We didn't eat out too much, preferring to eat in and enjoy the view. The island is still quiet compared to others in the Caribbean which just adds to the charm. It is safe and the people were very friendly. We loved it. Would definitely go again and highly recommend it.
