This unique 3 bedroom apartment has been elegantly furnished with a modern interior design. It's stylish and comfortable with the lovely décor adorning a peaceful and tranquil ambience. Set in the grounds of the owners’ property you will always find someone at hand. Its hillside location displays stunning views of the mountains and provides an uninterrupted flow of constant breeze. All doors and windows have mosquito nets. Breakfast outside on the veranda is a perfect way to start your day. The garden is enriched with mangos, you’re welcome to help yourself. “LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION is the key, it's perfect, just 3 minutes from town, therefore car hire is not essential. Beaches and restaurants are close by with the Carenage, Marina and Harbour even closer. From town you can travel the whole island. Elliz is ideal if you’re looking for somewhere close to all amenities, peace and quite or adventure in paradise with secluded yet fitting accommodation at an affordable price. Elliz is nestled in the valley of St. George's. It displays a breathtaking view of the mountains and provides a tranquil ambiance which makes it special. It's situated between the Prime Minister and Governor General’s residence in a prestigious residential area just outside town, it's also within walking distance to The National Stadium. The rear entrance of the apartment shares the same grand entrance and stunning view as the Governor General, capturing Grand Anse Beach, The Harbour, Port Louis Marina, The Carenage and a spectacular evening sunset. Its ideal location allows those of you who want to explore the beautiful island to do so with ease, or if not, to sit back and relax. You can either take a bus (stop right outside the apartment) or walk to town where you’ll find the picturesque carenage, market, shopping mall, banks and restaurants. 5 minutes away is The Harbour and Port Louis, a further 10 minutes Grand Anse and other beaches for all diving and snorkelling activities.

Relax and live the moment !

My wife and I spent 16 nights at Elliz Apartment and had a fabulous holiday! The apartment was immaculate and as described in the many reviews. We found the veranda, the view and sound system particularly relaxing. In fact, we don’t know if the TV worked, we never tried it (that’s a first !). Buses are easily accessible and fun, we opted for the flexibility and convenience of a car hire for the last 11 days. Lizzie & Elvis arranged it for us with a local company they know, was fabulous. We’ve been to many Caribbean islands, this one is different than most, its still very authentic and not overly spoiled by commercial tourism, its very safe and the people are genuinely friendly. There’s lots to see and do and nothing is really far (Elliz Apartment is centrally/well located), you can easily drive around the entire island same day. The beaches are among the nicest we’ve ever seen with beautiful trees providing lots of natural shade (no need for umbrellas !). As much as this is a great place to stay, the hosts make it really special! They are truly hospitable and exceptional hosts! Very respectful of your privacy yet readily available to guide you with their local knowledge and genuinely interested in making sure you have a great holiday. They were kind enough to invite us on some of their outings which we really appreciated. We discovered some places that we likely wouldn’t have otherwise (the jazz jam session certainly a highlight !). We truly enjoyed their company and meeting some of their friends. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and taste of a true caribbean experience! Many thanks to Lizzie and Elvis, we wish you the best and hope to see you again soon!

Lovely, immaculate apartment with great views. Terrific owners made it a holiday to cherish.

My husband and I travelled from the UK and stayed at Elliz Apartment for three weeks in February. Our first trip to Grenada and we loved it. There is little I can add to all of the positive comments left by others. Wide range of restaurants and every place we visited served very good, high quality food. Prices are delightfully reasonable (but I am used to London). The photo of the living room doesn't do it justice - with the double doors open the veranda will become part of your living space. We ate all of our meals outdoors. Never tired of the view. We used the buses often and they're very economical and great fun. I do suggest that you be prepared to climb in and out to accommodate other passengers and be jostled around a bit and it's a tight squeeze when the van is full. Enjoy! We did. Between the buses and taxis we managed without a car. We took a one-day guided tour with Sunsation Tours. We did their Tutti Frutti tour and highly recommend it.

Lizzie and Elvis are fabulous hosts. A lovely couple who are really keen to ensure that their guests enjoy Grenada and are comfortable in their accommodation.

THE place on Grenada for quiet!

We stayed at Elliz for 10 days while our catamaran sailboat was up on stilts getting some bottom work done. And are we ever thankful we found this place. Elliz is a beautifully appointed, well-located, safe, and serene place to unwind for a week or more on beautiful Grenada. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elliz and our hosts, Liz and Elvis, were most cordial. Their place is on the upper level of this two level and were mostly out-of-sight, out-of-mind private. That is, unless we asked them for something. Then they were on the spot, ready and willing to make our island excursions more fascinating via Elvis' personal knowledge of the island, having grown up on Grenada before transplanting to London, then back home to this garden spot. Who can blame him?!?! We not only enjoyed our travels around the island, getting to know some of the lesser-known "hot spots" but made some great new friends of our hosts along the way. We can't recommend this strongly enough: Make a reservation when you're ready for that special get-away. Your only regret will be that you eventually will have to leave.

Stunning views, immaculate apartment

We have rented apartments on several different islands in the Caribbean and have been pleased with all of them. However, knowing how difficult and expensive it is to maintain a property on an island we never expect the properties to look quite as good as their pictures. Elliz is the only the one that we have found that actually looks even better than its pictures. It is impossible to describe how clean it is. You could quite literally eat off the floor. The exterior of the apartment is just as well maintained as the interior. Lizzie and Elvis were absolutely fabulous before, during and after our trip. They made us feel like old friends that they were inviting to come for a visit. They are beautiful people and Grenada is a beautiful island. We hope to visit again!!

Beyond Amazing Winter Getaway Experience

We spent 3 months at this beautiful location! The apartment was perfect for us in every way! Memories we will cherish forever. There isn't a day that I don't think about how much I miss the view!!! The location was so ideal. It allowed us to be able to go downtown and do our shopping with regularly tours of the streets of St George and It was also very easy to walk down to the bottom of the hill and grab a bus and head to the beach a few times a week. We loved the beaches and participated in yoga in a yoga studio right down along the Grand Anses beach. We only rented a car for two weeks to see the rest of the island. It is worth the drive to see the other parts of the island. We found that we really enjoyed the experience of walking and busing around and being part of the community. A great way to fall in love with the island and the most wonderful people! The added bonus, being in our mid 50's, was that by the time we left Grenada we were in amazing shape! Our hosts, Elvis and Liz were beyond amazing! We can not say enough about how fantastic they are!! They definitely set the bar very high for all other hosts! It was very comforting to know that they are right near by so if you need anything or have any questions, they will help you out. They ensure that your stay will be memorable and fit to the experience you want (slow and quite or busy and active). They truly love their island and will make your experience a beautiful one! Pure Grenada, at it's finest! Can't wait to get back one day soon!

Fantastic Apartment

A fantastic, well-equipped apartment with lovely views across the valley. Lizzie and Elvis are excellent hosts, they went beyond normal expectations without being intrusive. As indicated in the description you do have to climb a number of steps to access the apartment but it is a truly wonderful base for touring the island.
