This place was OK
I don't know how they could call this a resort. They had a pool and a restaurant that we never bothered with because the "resort" just had no luxury feeling at all. The price was ok but the home we got had dead ants in the kitchen (a lot...enough to have to sweep up) and dead "love bugs" daily by the sliding glass door (which we never opened). The shower head in the master bathroom was all stopped up with calcification and it felt like the water coming out could cut you....not pleasant. The shower in the guest bathroom was clogged and before you were done with your shower you were up to your ankles in gross water. Bring your own bath tissue, paper towels and hand soap if you are staying for more than a day or two. I would not stay here again or recommend it...unless you just plan to sleep here. The beds and bedding were ok.

We take all feedback seriously and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience and on the rare occasion when there are negative comments are quick to respond and take any necessary action that is required.
You were unfortunate to time your holiday with our annual infestation of love bugs as this happens once a year and are very much a nuisance. Unfortunately this is out of our control and despite many efforts to control pests the fact that the bugs were dead is evidence that the pest control was active around the property. Autumn in Florida is different to other states and countries and this is classed as our dry season which unfortunately brings out bugs, even though it is only for a short time but nonetheless is an annoyance and demands some daily practices as not to encroach in your day.
In regard to the resort, we do feel your comments are unjustified and some consideration in perspective to the overall cost needs to be applied. The facilities on the community are superb and are clearly demonstrated in the marketing photographs however, should your expectation be greater than what is on offer, we have other properties available with much larger facilities but these unfortunately do come at a substantially higher premium.
We will however, draw attention to the comments in regard the bathrooms and will organize our maintenance crew to attend the property. Please note and as clearly stated in the guest manual at the home, any issues of this nature, if reported would have been dealt with immediately as it is our mission to insure that we make your accommodation meet all of your expectations.
The property and resort met our needs very well.

Nicely appointed, spacious and convenient to theme parks. Staff at clubhouse friendly and helpful. Onsite restaurant food really tasty (try the chicken). Pool (heated & hot tub)area nice for down days, bonus (staffed!) waterslides for kid fun. Publix close. Old Town walkable.

$ rates exclusive of tax at 13.50% If booking within 4 weeks of rental then payment is due in full. Our properties are privately owned and it is our policy only guests included at point of reservation are permitted in the home. The owner does not permit private functions or celebration parties within the property. Any un-registered guests will be asked to leave by the management company, failure to leave will result in your vacation being terminated without refund. Any deliberate damage to a property will be charged at cost plus 10% plus any associated fees. This policy is adopted to insure that you and arriving guests have a great time at the home and the maximum care is taken of the property for the owner.
