This beautiful, classic Maine cottage with lovely views of the ocean is less than a minute walk to a pristine 2-mile stretch of beach. Perfect for relaxing and sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail, the wrap around porch and its views of the Atlantic will have you wishing to stay forever. The warm, wood paneling enhances the cozy cottage atmosphere and is reminiscent of days gone by. Life slows down here as you enjoy family and friends around the dining table, playing games by the fireplace or strolling the beach. The 4 bedrooms sleep 8 and there are 2 bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with butler's pantry, dining and living room as well as washer and dryer.

A True Drakes Cottage

This “cottage” was a lovely throwback to days gone by. It is a well maintained classic that made me feel privileged to have been able to stay. The porch is huge with an amazing view and the interior is furnished very comfortably. We lacked for nothing in this house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Liz, the family rep, for being so quick to respond to my questions. In my experience, not all managers are on the ball as she is.

Incredible vacation

We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful home on Drakes Island. The views were unparalleled, and going to sleep to/waking up to the sound of the surf was a special experience. We would return in a heartbeat!
