Highly desirable two bedroom Trail Creek condo for rent. We have been renting in the Killington area for years and decided to purchase this previously non-rental condo. It is in excellent shape and just remodeled this past summer. Renting for years, I know the struggles with rentals from Killington,com (Where to check in, since it changes throughout the season, how to get the key, who to contact if my key card doesn't work, and sky high seasonal pricing). We have been renting our properties on HomeAway and VRBO for over 10 years and have over 50 4.5 star reviews. (See VRBO 108218 or HomeAway 146421) We are not property managers, just a regular family sharing our properties who want to see our renters have the same experience we have when we visit. If you rent from us, I personally guarantee a great experience. If you need anything I am only a phone call away and have three onsite property managers. We choose Trail Creek because of its convienent location to the mountain and it is truly a ski home complex. Other's may claim but it is a hike or cross country effort to get home. This unit is the closest to the ski trail and is perfect for a family ski vacation.

Excellent Property! Great location! Perfect Layout! The bedrooms are cozy, the bathrooms are clean and the vestibule/buckle-up area is spacious. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and a pleasure to cook in. The large living room has big comfy couches, a roaring fire and a 55” TV. Olympics anyone!?! Oh, and out back there’s a view of a brook bridged by the Ski Home trail where a chipmunk scampered around. Seriously, it was Straight Out Of Sleeping Beauty! Seriously.
Trail Creek #26 - 2/15/18-2/19/18
This condo is beautiful and is located right next to the Trail Creek ski-home trail. All amenities were great. Also right across from the community center with pool and hot tub etc.
Has a big foyer to keep all your ski boots, clothes, as well as skis and poles. Nicely renovated throughout. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, furniture including beds were very comfortable too. It's obvious that the owners really value this property. We had a great time!!
Perfect Location with Excellent Amenties
Killington is one of our favorite ski towns to visit, and staying at this property just reinforced that. The slopes are in walking distance, for starters, but the condo itself was fantastic. The layout is spacious and gives privacy between the two bedrooms. The kitchen is stocked with quality appliances and all the plates/drinkware needed. Even firewood was provided and loaded in the living room. The beds and showers were excellent. I cannot say enough good things! We will definitely be back and Killington, and we will definitely be staying here again. I 100% recommend this property.
Great condo & customer service
Let me start by saying that we rent via vrbo & other sites fairly frequently for our family. We are pretty low key. Just like a clean comfortable place for our active family. But, we were very pleased with this condo. We arrived on a rainy foggy evening, not ideal for skiing, but were so pleased to receive an email from the homeowner making sure all was ok Friday evening. The home was updated, immaculate & well equipped. Matching dishes, great appliances & pots & pans. We hope to have a max pass next year and will book this condo again. And for any skiers out there, even my west coast hubby was impressed with the grooming at Killington after rains & 50 degrees. Thank you for providing a comforting place to begin & end our day. The home is conveniently on the shuttle too!
Well equipped and clean. Great location for leaf peeping
The Condo was clean and very comfortable. Being able to light a fire on a rainy day was wonderful. The kitchen was very well stocked.
We had a slight problem with the sticky front door. A little hard to open and one of the key cards was demagnetized but overall would highly recommend. Rocco was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Thank you for a great place to call Home for a few days.

Parking- When you pull into the complex veer to the right where there is a parking lot for our units. 4 Check IN/OUT – Check IN time is between 3pm and 4pm. the day of arrival, Check OUT time is 11am the morning of departure. Some exceptions may apply please contact us to make arrangements. Key’s will be in a drop box located next to the front entrance of unit 5. There will be a key card for the Unit and Pool/Activity Center. Insurance – We recommend all renters to purchase traveler insurance. HomeAway and VRBO both offer additional rental insurance and come with great references. 6 Payment – Payment in full must be made 15 days prior to arrival. You can pay via the Homeaway and a final invoice will be sent 15 days prior to your arrival with a link to pay online. 7 Access- Guest shall allow Homeowner/Property Manager access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner/Property Manager shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and is very seldom during a vacation rental. 8. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 9. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order . Only use appliances for their intended uses. The fuse panel is located in the main hallway above the two-draw side table. (Behind Killington picture) 10. Pets are NOT allowed. 11. Housekeeping: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
