There is a particularly large and spacious living room, with dining table and 4 chairs, a quality double sofa-bed (double bed), and further large comfy chair, built-in storage cupboard, large flat screen TV (English Satellite TV - BBC, ITV, Sky News etc), plus a DVD and Hi-Fi system and WiFi internet access.The bedroom is furnished with a King size double bed, large built-in storage cupboards. There is a lovely sunny balcony leads off the bedroom through full-height elegant French doors.
This apartment is now fully double glazed (added in January 2016) There is a large walk-in shower handbasin and WC.On entry you have a modern, bright kitchen with full facilities including hob, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer and washing machine.It has fully reversible air-conditioning throughout, with large multi-aspect windows which overlook lovely gardens, this West facing living room is a wonderful afternoon suntrap, while the luxury red curtains are a perfect backdrop to evening dining. Equipped with a small table and chairs, it is the perfect spot for sipping a glass of wine while watching the world go by.This is a lovely bright 1 bedroom apartment - high quality building and very nice presentation - ideal for couple - highly recommended.
We have stayed here over winter months for four years in a row. Loved the location and found the two rooms spacious for the center of town. Useful features are Wi-Fi and French and British TV. Adequate kitchen and bathroom. Liked walking on the Promenade, local food markets and restaurants, easy access to very good movies, the opera, and theater. We definitely recommend the apartment.
This was our third visit to this lovely little flat and we hope to return again next year. It is bright, very comfortable and well equipped throughout. The large TV, with English SKY, and the free Wifi were a real bonus. There is a great washing machine as well. The best part of this flat is the view: the bedroom and lounge look out onto a small park and it is lovely to look at trees rather than other buildings opposite. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants and an excellent Spar supermarket, as well as wine shops and a wonderful new Delicatessen. The building is secure and clean and the flat was very clean and tidy too. Paul is always readily on hand for any minor problems which may occur.
This was my second time to stay in a Go-Nice apartment. This apartment was really comfortable and very well equipped, real home from home!! This apartment is in a fantastic location as it is near restaurants, bars, train station and the beach. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Nice!!
From key collection at the airport to departure all arrangements went smoothly. The apartment was clean and comfortable, well set out, and in an excellent position to walk to the promenade, the old town and public transport. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The facilities within the apartment - kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi - work well and are easy to use. The view is enjoyably green. Well done Go Nice.
Unique for a prime city-centre location, this apartment is not overlooked and has very pleasant garden views from its balcony and windows. 203 Hugo Park is a very nice apartment indeed and the ideal location for those wishing to enjoy quality holiday living. This apartment is located in a very prestigious area of Nice (between the Pedestrian zone and Rue Victor Hugo), approx. 400 meters from beach and Promenade des Anglais and less than 10 mins stroll to the old town.
