Why Debbie Wilcox chose Plantersville
Beautiful, peaceful countryside with livestock roaming freely. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets to enjoy. Relax in the cool breeze by the pond; fish or watch the animals come and go. Yes, the horses swim and eat plants at the water's edge, and the cows stand in the water to cool off.

Amazing property and owners!
The property here is beyond beautiful, with a complete array of animals for those who love to enjoy farm life without being too far from the city. There were all sorts of animals to interact with from goats, rabbits, donkeys, cows, horses, llamas, and even a baby kangaroo! The cabin comfortably slept all seven of us, with everyone getting a bed. Debbie and Vic were extremely kind and helpful, and offered to set us up with horseback rides (which we had to pass on, because of our schedule). We plan to come back and spend a weekend here again in the future!
We were so happy to meet you! So glad you enjoyed your visit and we are definitely looking forward to hosting you again. It is wonderful to know that great young adults are out there to help shape our nation!
Nestled in the countryside about 15 minutes from closest town. Only 3 miles by car to the Renaissance Festival on 1774 with Nitro race track across the road. Restaurants, shopping, ERs are all within 15-20 minute drive. Be sure to drive by the Gullo house on Old Hempstead Rd to see the large statue and seasonal decorations which draw people from all over the Houston area.
