This Teeming Vacation Rental at the Lagoon Lane complex in Treasure Island is a 2nd floor condo with a brilliant view of the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for a long term rental or fabulous family vacation and guests from the US, Canada and Germany have all enjoyed this lovely vacation spot. This spacious condo features contemporary furnishings and is loaded with the comforts of home. It has a fabulous lanai that overlooks the inviting pool and Intracoastal where you can enjoy watching the boats and frolicking dolphins typical of the area. The living area is relaxed and airy and has a 47 inch smart T.V. There is a free and easy feeling in the open floor plan with a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is so spacious that it actually has a small alcove with a desk for your convenience. It is attractive and upscale with its wine rack, checkerboard tile, and updated countertops. Both of the bedrooms have queen beds, cozy linens, and flat screen tv's. The en-suite master bath has ample counter space and a generous walk-in tiled shower. Additional highlights of Lagoon Lane 204 include the stacked washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, and beach cart.

Lagoon Lane 204 has a garage underneath atypical of most rental units. Here you will find a kayak available for your use and plenty of storage for fishing supplies etc. There is also an exercise room with a mat, exercise ball, weights, and a bosu ball. There are multiple boat docks available for rent and the glorious beaches are a mere block away. "The Treasure of the Gulf Coast," Treasure Island, Florida is located on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast and is blessed with miles of gorgeous white sand beaches that boast that "Old Florida" feel. Treasure Island is a more peaceful option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches, and makes it a perfect vacation spot for all visitors looking for a quiet getaway. The world famous John's Pass Village, an old fishing village that has been transformed into a shopping area, is less than one mile away. While Treasure Island offers you and your family a quiet "laid back" atmosphere it is just a short drive from Tampa and Orlando where you can enjoy all of the major theme parks and a variety of sports scenes.

Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. Likewise, some cities, towns or counties have ordinances or regulations requiring minimum terms or periods for vacation rentals. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

We personally own 3 vacation rentals ourselves and manage over 225 properties, located in St Pete/Clearwater, St Augustine/Flagler and Panama City Beach. Great location for the beach

This was our second stay in this property which tells you how we rate this property. It is a ideal location for the beach and John's Pass and a good base to visit St. Pete and Tampa.

Relaxing and laid back

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is in a small building with a great view and convenient to the beach. It had all the amenities of home. It was a great place to relax and unwind.

Great getaway

We spent a wonderful month at Lagoon Lane. The location is perfect, overlooking the inland waterway and only a short walk to the beach. John's pass is a short walk away and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within easy reach. An ideal getaway.
