The Studio Penthouse apartment is fully self contained with very large roof terrace (no pool) with views of the valley to Marsalforn.

We stayed here for 1 week in the summer holidays and throughly enjoyed our stay. 3 well maintained rooms. All with ensuite.

Lovely and clean. Quite. 12 mins (with 2 children walking) walk to the main square.

Buses are easy to get a hang of and are very cheap. A lidl not far away

Pool area is small but nice with comfy L shaped outdoor sofa

Our TV wasn't connecting to the DVD played. I contacted Sharon and a new TV was on the wall the following day

A couple of things I'd suggest for the owner to make the stay even better

We only had 1 bin bag. More would have been handy

We didn't have any sponges/scrubbers

There was dishwasher tablets but no washing powder/tablets. A couple of those would have helped. As we didn't need a whole box

Hand-wash in all bathrooms

Other then that. We had a perfect stay in the 1st floor apartment

Perfect apartment in beautiful Gozo

We loved staying in this apartment in Xaghra! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and has everything you need to ensure a great stay. We realised the BBQ was out of gas on our first night and Sharon very kindly arranged for a replacement gas bottle to arrive that very evening!

The pool area is small but perfectly formed and what isn't shown in the photos is a large comfy outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxing.

Xaghra is small, cute and quaint. 15 min walks to the pretty main square with a few restaurants and bars to choose from.

We'll definitely be back.

Spacious clean apartments

We booked all 3 apartments for a large family holiday, it was a great choice!

The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and well maintained. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the centre of Xaghra where there is a choice of restaurants and a few local shops. We would recommend car hire and as Xaghra is in the middle of the Island it's not far to go exploring.

We would definitely return to this accommodation again.

Perfect escape on a lovely island!

The property is well maintained and very clean, has everything you need. It was the perfect location for our short break and first visit to Malta, especially as we wanted to see the real Malta and be away from the crowds. Gozo is wonderful island! Quiet and restful; perfect for recharging the batteries. 10 min walk to town square with plenty of restaurants. Great and very cheap buses to get around. Would recommend this apartment to those who want to escape from it all and relax!

Very nice, clean and ample rooms. Apartment and kitchen are well equipped.

Perfect communication in advance with high and friendly responsiveness.

We just had some mosquito issues (June) and sometimes construction noise in the evening... but in total very recommendable

Xaghra Holiday Apartments

Stunning, spacious, bright apartment.

Stylish yet practical layout.

Wet room showers a particular treat after a hot day by the pool!

Clean, well maintained & well equipped.

Quiet location with lovely views even from the ground floor.

Central Xaghra & the square, with several good restaurants/bars and food shops, all within walking distance of the apartments.

Overall excellent accommodation & would happily recommend to family & friends.

Car: recommended

People have been choosing to live in Xaghra longer than anywhere else on the planet: the world’s oldest man-made structure (although some archaeologists insist it was actually built by giant women) is in the village at Ggantija. The edge of the village, overlooking the picturesque red-sand bay at Ramla, has been identified as the most likely site for the home of the legendary siren Calypso, in Homer’s Odyssey. Xaghra is the hub of the island, within easy distance of the capital (and only) city, Victoria. It is a short drive to the popular beaches of Marsalforn, Ramla and Ghajn Barrani.
