Comfortable country home, clean and pet free with everything you need for a great stay tucked against the mountains, sleeps 6 (2 beds in each of 2 bedrooms and one queen bed in 3rd bedroom), bed rail, play n'pack, high chair as needed for the little ones, 2 family rooms and 2 TV's, spacious kitchen, internet, Prime video, 2 fireplaces (wood burning stove and traditional fireplace and wood provided), grassy half acre where you can watch the deer in the front and back yard, very near Snow Basin Ski Resort and 45 minutes to Salt Lake and Park City resorts. Hike (both winter and summer) and bike out the door, very close to family entertainment, theaters, restaurants, great family hikes, and yet, feels like a secluded property. Great neighbors, tall trees, serene yard and home. Sorry, no pets allowed.

A beautiful retreat in the foothills, with fantastic access to main highways and interstates.

I cannot praise this rental home enough, it is bright and airy with great indoor space and an absolutely spectacular garden. We travelled from England for my daughter's wedding and found this the perfect place to relax. Our host, Holly, was fabulous, ensuring that we had everything we needed (which we more than did!) and I will definitely stay here again on future visits. Wonderful -Thank you Holly!

Comfortable hillside home

Nice older home in the hills of Layton. Close to hiking and biking trails of the Bonnevile Lake rim trail. Perfect location to do sightseeing in the Salt Lake basin. Great for a family stay.

Fabulous place to stay in Layton!

Holly was an amazing host! The location was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were plenty of towels for my family to use. The backyard had plenty of space for our children to run around. The grill was nice to have. It was nice having 2 living areas when we had family over for dinner. If we visit Layton again in the future, we would love to stay here again!

I am a retired special education teacher and now enjoying time with my children and grandchildren. I enjoy out door activities and friendships. I have recently been involved in a treatment center for at-risk youth. I enjoyed that opportunity very much. I continue to look for opportunities to help struggling youth and parents while helping my children raise their children.
