My name is Tiffany. I grew up here in the Logan area in a city called Providence, which is only 5 minutes east of Nibley. This is my home and I love it very much. At this present time my job has taken me away from here. However, my parents and brothers all still live in the area. It is a great place for children to grow up! Which is why my siblings have chosen to stay here.
Tiffany purchased this house in 2007
The Nibley area is a very quiet and safe area. I bought this home because of the area in which it is. The other home buyers in this area are all professionals as well and it is very safe. It is also very friendly and beautiful for those who like the out doors and animals. We are in a famish area. It allows me to get away from the city life and work and drowned my thoughts in something completely different than my regular day.
I love sunsets and the country! This home allows me to have everything I want in comfortable easy living! This home has all the amenities on the inside and the outside. It has two toned paint, marble counter tops, fireplace, tile, carpet jetted tub, vaulted ceilings and the only way to truly understand what I'm talking about is to stay here yourself!
We spent Thanksgiving weekend in the Cache Valley area. The weather was beautiful. The mountains were spectacular! Tiffany's house was perfect for our family. It's a newer home in Nibley, close to downtown Logan. It was clean and attractive. It was well supplied with everything from kitchen utensils to extra blankets. We were very comfortable. We received detailed instructions and they were reposted in the house. We would definitely recommend this to friends.
Newer house in tidy neighborhood, about 15 minutes south of central Logan. Clutter-free and simply but comfortably furnished without any obvious personal items of the owners. Mountain views are nice, nearby neighbors have horses and donkeys.
There was initially a very minor miscommunication when I arrived that the owner and manager immediately and fully addressed, really going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my stay. Instructions were clear and my security deposit was repaid within just a couple days of leaving.
All in all, a great experience. Thanks, Tiffany and Mandi!

Tiffany was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The backyard was super fun.
The leather lazyboy couches were AMAZING. We had a great time.
Over spring break, my family including my husband and daughter visited my son attending Utah State. Prior visits were spent in local hotels. Tiffany's house was perfect. It allowed as freedom to spread out, a garage for the car, and the ability to have dinner as a family including hosting my son's new friends. It was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely use again if available.
I would let other visitors know that there are no blow dryers for use and that glass is not recycled. (found out after the fact)
We had a very good week staying in this home. It was warm and inviting, even in very cold weather! Property was clean and well maintained. There are three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. A few miles from downtown Logan so it was close enough to downtown attractions.
I would recommend this property and would stay here again when we travel through Northern Utah. Thanks for good week with family.
The house was clean, and clearly labeled with instructions. The house bordered a field with horses in it, which was nice. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall a pleasant experience.
So many fun things to do. In Logan there is bowling, ice skating, kids fun park, and a great rock climbing wall with many different levels of skill and more. 8 mins. South of my house is The American West Heritage Farm that takes you back to pioneer days and how they lived. In the Spring they have 'Baby Animal Days'. You can see all the baby animals and pet them and learn about them. Very Fun!!!! We also have Utah State University where you can catch a great football or basketball game. If you are an NBA fan or Baseball fan, a quick 1.5 hours away is the Utah Jazz and The Bee's. Logan has many great restaurants to choose from. If you go up in Logan Canyon you have many places to rock climb, mountain bike, hike, fish, kayak, and horse back riding. 30 minutes away you have Bear Lake. Here you can water ski, jet ski, paddle boat or just sit on the beach in the sun. There is also a couple great golf courses! Then enjoy a Famous Raspberry Shake and great food before making your journey back to Logan. In the winter time you are only 33 miles from Beaver Mountain where you can ski, snow shoe, cross country ski, and snowmobile. If you need more information on these services, please contact me and I can give you names of businesses.
