Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, this bungalow is made for rest and relaxation. Kid-friendly rooms and layout, kick back and enjoy a drink while the kids play in the in-ground, fully screened-in pool.
Master bedroom with queen bed, ensuite bathroom and TV is on one side of the house with the two other bedrooms on the other.
Second bedroom with queen bed and TV.
Third bedroom with two bunk beds (double on bottom, single on top).
Florida room along the back of the house has futon and ping-pong table, games etc. It leads to a small patio surrounding a kid-friendly in-ground, fully screened in pool which can be heated.
Back yard is partially fenced but very private. It has a shuffle board for some afternoon fun.

We have been coming to Ormond Beach for years and decided to purchase a vacation home for us and our 3 children.

We love Ormond Beach because it is quiet, the beach is fantastic and the people are friendly. Its a great place to relax after a day at the nearby theme parks.
We fell in love with this quiet neighbourhood and we hope you do too.
My wife and I rented in 2013 and 2016 ,since have been returning as much as possible .

We stayed in the house in 2015 and wanted to return again in 2016. This rating is from 2015 and the great owners from then and this year. We were unable to stay in the house this year due to hurricane Matthew. We love the house and fit our group for Biketoberfest. We hope to return to the house next year with a few additional people as my family grows.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was nice and well equipped allowing us to make family meals together. The pool was the perfect size for our small children to play in. We had bikes to ride, toys to play with at the beach and in the pool, and a nice little wagon to pull to the beach. Great location as well! Will definately be back!!
This house is awesome. From the tile floors, the pool, dining space, comfy bedrooms, great air conditioning( very hot week when we were there), outdoor shower, landscaping, closeness to the beach, quiet neighborhood, this place was perfect.
Rachel was awesome to communicate with, answering my many questions.

My family has stayed here for 3 years in a row for a summer vacation. It has always been a great place. It is close to the beach and other activities for all interests.
The space was a good size for our multi- family party. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out in the living room, dining room, sun room, or by the pool. There were tons of beach supplies and a wagon in the garage that we borrowed for our walls to the shore. Everything worked great and was clean. The only thing we couldn't find was a mop, but there was lots of other basic necessities which helped until we could go to the store. Great location. Nice house. Will definitely stay again!

CANCELLATION POLICY: The RESIDENT will forfeit half the deposit amount once the dates have been booked.
Reservations cancelled in writing less than 30 days from arrival date are non-refundable.
If the OWNER is able to rent the property for the same dates, a full refund will be provided.
SECURITY DEPOSITS: A $300.00, fully refundable, security deposit is payable upon booking. Deposit will be refunded within 21 days after check-out minus: cost for repair of damages to premises above ordinary wear and tear. If deposit does not cover such costs and damages, the RESIDENT shall immediately pay said additional costs for damages to OWNER.
UTILITIES: OWNER pays all utilities including cable, phone (excluding long-distance phone calls), Internet, electricity and water.
PETS: No animal, fowl, fish, reptile, and/or pet of any kind shall be kept on or about the premises, for any amount of time, without obtaining the prior written consent and meeting the requirements of the OWNER.
DESTRUCTION OF PREMISES: If the premises become totally or partially destroyed during the term of this Agreement so that RESIDENT'S use is seriously impaired, OWNER or RESIDENT may terminate this Agreement immediately upon three day written notice to the other.
CONDITION OF PREMISES: RESIDENT will, upon check-in, inform the OWNER should something not be in good working condition. RESIDENT agrees to keep the premises in good order, and to immediately report and pay for repairs and/or to replace property damaged by RESIDENT and his guests. Holes, tears, burns, and stains of any size or amount in the carpets, drapes, walls, fixtures, and/or any other part of the premises, do not constitute reasonable wear and tear.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE: RESIDENT shall deposit all garbage into the proper receptacles.
RIGHT OF ENTRY: OWNER will provide 24 hours notice when access to the property is required, whenever possible.
RESIDENT agrees not to transfer, assign or sublet the premises or any part thereof.
