4 BEDROOM 4 BATHROOM, UNIQUE PRIVATE VILLA, LARGE POOL IN TENERIFE SOUTH

Villa 'Louvain' is on two separate levels, the first having an en-suite master bedroom with separate shower and large sunken bath. A further two twin bedrooms and a main bathroom with shower and bath. The Lounge / Dining room leads out to a large partially enclosed terrace with another dining area. The villa has a kitchen on each level, both of which have all modern appliances and facilities for eight guests. The lower level has a large en-suite double bedroom, which can also be used as a family room adding a single bed and/or cot as required.

The Pool Area has; a large private pool with exterior shower, a fantastic "Gazebo"(an outdoor dining area with fan and light) ready to make full use of the barbecue area, and a shower room/toilet.

The Villa also has two grassed areas and a fruit tree orchard in its grounds, all of which are enclosed with a wall, giving you that extra privacy in a beautiful and tranquil setting.

We have a set of rates depending on occupancy, of up to 8 people.

A little piece of heaven

What an experience. Beautiful villa that provides everything and more than you would ever need for a wonderful stay. Location stunning and villa perfectly positioned for easy access to wherever you want to go on the island. Pool magnificent, BBQ excellent, the host Alan is a gentleman of the highest degree.. Would thoroughly recommend a visit, we'll be back and would have no hesitation recommending to others.

Fantastic villa

We had a perfect holiday in this beautiful villa. It was spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The large pool was perfect and was cleaned twice during our stay. The villa is in an ideal location - peaceful and private with beautiful views, yet only a 5 - 10 minute walk from the village of Cabo Blanco. Here you will find a supermarket, a bank and a lovely bakery. There is also a great restaurant in Cabo Blanco, known locally as the Pig Farm due to its amazing pork dishes. Their food was gorgeous, with vegetarian options available, and was exceptionally good value. There are other restaurants nearby that are also great value for money when compared with tourists resorts. The villa's owner Alan is very welcoming and happy to give the benefit of his local knowledge. There is plenty of parking at the villa and due to its location, a hire car collected from the airport is advisable. There is a petrol station within a mile of the villa. We highly recommend a stay at this villa and would not think of staying anywhere else if we return to Tenerife in the future.

Just Perfect

should really have found time to write this review much earlier, we have stayed 3 times at the villa now and it is just the most perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends.The house is spotlessly clean with every single amenity you could wish for, the outside space is superb with a large pool and plenty of shade to keep the kids safe and a great barbecue and outside dining area .Alan is the perfect host who is simply there if you need him.The villa is totally private and yet just a short drive into the main resorts , or a short 5 min walk takes you to the villages bar and restaurants, the large meracadona supermarket is just 2 mins drive away.With cabo blanco being on the main bus route its very easy to get all over the island.A simply fantastic place for families or couples, which we can,t recommend highly enough.AUGUST HOLS ARE ALREADY BOKED !!!

Excellent family holiday home!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Louvain. It was an absolutely brilliant place to stay with all the amenities you could could want from a corkscrew to a barbecue.

As the reviews mention previous it is well worn in places but because of this it is very homely and we were not afraid of the children touching and using things. We had full run of the villa and pool which was spotlessly clean with all the necessities included, everything was in full working order.

The children loved the pool and my son loved the sauna. The owner was away on holiday while we were there but John was very helpful and attentive to all our needs.

It was an excellent place to stay in a good location only 10 minutes by car to some of the local attractions, Los Americas, Los Christianos, Siam Park etc.

The best restaurants we visited were New York Bar in Christianos and Chill Out in Americanos.

We would definitely stay here again!!!

Very comfortable villa, lovely pool, great views.

This is a large well equipped comfortable villa, set in a nice area with great mountain views and also distant sea views.

There were just the tow of us and we are basing our review on the upper floor of the villa as we had no need to use the large bottom floor part of the villa.

The living room is a large spacious room with two comfy sofas to lig out on.

The TV package has many UK stations on it and we never lost signal once

.

The double bedroom is very large and its ensuite bathroom is exceptionally large with twin sinks and a shower and a bath big enough for two!

The two twin bedrooms look like they have new wardrobes in them.

The beds we used were comfy and we had no problems at all sleeping on them.

The kitchen is very functional and has all you need in it, new crockery by the looks of it too.

The sheets and towels provided were all good class and very clean and fresh.

The outside area is just fantastic.

The pool is very large and very clean, it was cleaned twice a week when we were there.

It had gardens around it also.

The swing seat is a good place to sit on and look at the lovely views around you.

There is plenty of outdoor seating and tables for outdoor dining, we made use of them each day for lunch as the weather was so good.

This area the villa is in was new to us, but we found it a good area to be in.

There are plenty of shops near by, and even a Mercadona supermarket which sells all you will need at very cheap prices.

The bakery just down the road sells fresh bread and cakes.....very nice.

The word "homely" has cropped up in other reviews, we can see why.

We have stayed at many villas and apartments on the island, the last one being very top end of the market as well, but what we both agreed on was how at home we did feel here and both liked the place so much we have booked again for May.

That says it all really.

Many nice comments have been typed about Alan the owner, we can also say we found him to be a genuinely nice chap.

He was very helpful to us.

This villa is highly recommended to all by us two.

Relaxing Break

Have just returned from a relaxing time at Villa Louvain with my wife.

We loved the homely feel of a this villa, not modernised but fulfills all your needs, wonderful away from it all location, not over looked just peace and quiet.

Despite the most horrific weather on Tenerife for a long while and plenty of rain we still used the large private pool and watched the lizards run round the large walled garden area and we also ate the occasional fresh mango.

We did hire a car collected and returned to the airport, found the villa with no need to phone Alan, a true gent who was always willing to assist and with his information pack available in the villa gave us plenty of places to visit.

We would definitely return to the villa for another stay on our next holiday to Tenerife.

Villa Louvain is situated a 2 minute drive away from the village of Cabo Blanco, where you will find Supermarket Mercadona, shops bars, restuarants, chemist, bakery, banks etc.

By car, Villa Louvain is Approx 10 min journey to main resorts of Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, and Adeje.

A Bus route to the main resorts and beaches is available from the village center - 10 minute walk. Bus takes approx 20 mins to Los Cristianos. We recommend our guests hire a car for your holiday.

Three other villages surround Cabo Blanco where you will find many wonderful restaurants, shops and bars petrol stations, only a few minutes away by car.

With views to the ocean and the mountains, the villa is enclosed in walled gardens and is very private and quiet, yet only minutes away from everything, perfect for families.
