Giggling Gecko is a beautiful oceanfront home that has all you need from the private pool, hot tub, and walkway to the beach. Enjoy that first cup of coffee or tea on the sun deck watching the sunrise. The top-level great room is spacious with great ocean views. Enjoy some family time in the rec room playing a game of pool or foosball. No need to worry about carrying luggage or groceries up steps the elevator has access to all levels.

Walk to the Nags Head pier for fishing or dining or enjoy many of the great restaurants the OBX has to offer. Shopping and many family-friendly activities are nearby.

July 2017 Stay

We had a great time at Sunrise Beach house!! Great location, perfect size for a family reunion with 21 adults and 5 kids!! My only comment is that there were not enough towels--each bedroom only had 2 or 3 sets, with no extra sets for the pullout couch on the first floor or any extra for those who like to use two towels--one for hair and one for body. Also there were not enough linens--there were no linens for the pullout couch bed in the first floor. Overall a great stay! Loved the convenience of the elevator. Loved being right on the beach.

August 2016 Stay

This is a wonderful well equipped rental. The family had great fun and really enjoyed all the amenities. We would have felt a little more secure if the sliding doors on the lower and upper levels would locked.
